I hired Rumpca Services to install a heat recovery ventilator in my home. When I first spoke with Jeff on the phone, his knowledge of HRVs was evident. Jeff came out to look at everything and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He spent a good amount of time working with me on how to best install this system and the ducting and going over every question I had.

The estimate I received was very detailed and clear, and the final invoice matched the estimate to the penny. I was extremely pleased with the prompt follow-up at every step of the process, the communication was excellent.

The installation went very smoothly and there were no surprises. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. They took care to protect my flooring and kept things neat. The city inspector complimented the job that the installers did.

One of the best things I can say is at no point, did anyone try to up-sell me on anything. I have come to expect someone coming into my home and trying to get me to spend more money. I highly recommend Rumpca Services. Thanks!

He helpfully asked about any problems we had, clarified operations, and checked Freon level, fan, temperatures in/out, etc. for a thorough job.

Fixed a leak in my Sink in 1 hour at a low price. I would highly recommend them.

My furnace went out and so I called Service Today and they said all I would pay is the service fee. I asked them if there were an additional cost and the lady told me know over the phone before I committed to having them come out to look at my furnace. When the tech arrived he got here before 5PM so Ill I had to pay was the $79.00 service fee instead of the emergency Fee of $249.00. Then he pulls out a book and states that in order to diagnosis my furnace that it would be $349.00 since my furnace was 12 years old. Almost all companies only charge a service fee which includes diagnostics. My husband and I were desperate to know what was wrong so we agreed to pay this even though we were lied too over the phone. After the technician did his diagnostics he showed us 3 options for fixing our furnace. The one he was trying to sell us cost $5499.00. I asked the tech if he had any idea of what a new furnace would cost around and he couldn't tell me anything. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place and we decided to just order the part that was broken which cost $2090.00. I did not feel right about the whole thing so I called another company. The next morning I called before business hours and talked with a lady and I told her that I decided to go with another company and how I felt about the whole situation with her company and that I wanted the part that I ordered and returned to my credit card. The lady told me she would make a note on my account. I then get a call from the tech later that morning that he had picked the part up and is ready to come install it. I called Service today after that and talked to another lady about returning the part and getting a refund and I mentioned the above issues with her. I heard back from them again and they refunded me my money but then charged me a 15% restocking fee which was $300.00 since their tech picked up the part even though I told them not to. So I feel scammed and they ripped me off. Stay far away from this company

Fred Gray came out to service our AC system. He figured out the problem and fixed it. He provided outstanding service.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

John and Carly were great. Price was about half what I was quoted with another company. Besides the money they were clean and kind. They even were great with my little, harmless, barking, feisty dog 🐕.

From the flexibility and patience of the sales-rep who worked with us to design a system that would best meet our needs and goals, to the professionalism and quality workmanship of the install team, we have had a stellar experience. The whole process was well communicated, conducted in a timely fashion, and with a minimum of disruption to our lives. I've already been recommending them to friends and neighbors.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Greg is my go to plumber. Has installed new toilets, faucets and a water heater in my house. I have also had him to my house to clean my drain several times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating as far as my schedule is concerned and arrived before or on our scheduled appointment time. He works fast and gets the job done very well. I recommend him to everyone.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
