Jason and Kip came to troubleshoot a leak.. they spent time figuring out exactly where it was coming from, and fixed the problem. This was the 2nd time I have used Rascher and am impressed with the work, and how pleasant they are to work with.

I’m so frustrated with my experience with Service Today! We had them install a new furnace a month ago. I’ve called at least 5 times since then to discuss several issues with the new system including a vent sticking out of the wall, messy installation and a missing credit to our account. I have requested a manager to no avail. They are ghosting us now!!

I’ve had several encounters with McQuillan Bro’s, the most recent of which was today. I needed to get a couple of plumbing issues taken care of. I was assisted by Dan Simmer today who did an excellent job of repairing a faucet issue that has plagued me for two years. Also I had a problem with a shower mechanism. He fixed that too!Regarding a need for replacement of a heating system earlier, from the start of my project, which was unexpected, I was blessed with technicians that were willing to explain exactly what was wrong with my current system and why it had failed, and why I had been paying outrageous energy bills for the last several years. The technicians and engineers at McQuillan were prompt and always responsive to what I needed. They installed a new high efficiency unit for my in-floor heating to the addition of my home, which is going to save me a lot of money. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with a heating problem, and will use them for future maintenance on my regular furnace.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

On time. Great people. Wasn't over charged. All around good experience. Will contact this company again if I have any more issues. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Simon and Isaiah came over today to fix my leaky shower and I could not be more impressed. They were quick but through and keep us informed about potential future issues. My mom has also used them in the pasted and raved about their work! I would highly recommend their services if you ever have any plumbing needs!!

Have used MSP for all HVAC and water heater matters for at least 10 years. Their technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Honest and affordable

Ruslan and Rob did a great job on both of my projects (a stack replacement/code issue and a dishwasher/fridge plumbing install). Even my cranky little dogs liked them! Thanks for the solid work!

Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time.
