Rumpca Services takes care of multiple services at Youth Service Bureau in Cottage Grove. They do everything from HVAC Maintenance, Plumbing, and maintain and/or replace multiple Sump Pumps & Sensors. Whenever we have an issue here, I call Jason and they are very quick to respond. All of their people are very friendly and hard working. I can always count on them to come to the rescue when something is failing. They are also on top of maintenance items to avoid issues when possible. Zach and Rob are here today performing annual maintenance on our sump pump system. A couple weeks ago I contacted Jason with an urgent request due to no power coming to one of our pump sensors. He arrived, assessed and fixed the issue very quickly. Josh and Travis have also done work here and are equally friendly and hard working. I highly recommend Rumpca Services, Inc.

Worst service ever,my home warranty send this company to check my shower for small leak, they do silicon job like 5year old kid all over the faucet ,and i call them and they said is not to bad ,what did you expect !

Brian was onsite the same day that I requested/scheduled my appointment. I was blown away by his amazingly thorough service - at every step of the way he made sure to come find me to show me what was going on. He also gave me some incredibly valuable advice! Would have given them a 5 star but our appointment was moved from 12 - 3 then 3-6 and finally 6:30 technician arrived and did an excellent job. Seems they were short handed and thus it took longer to get jobs done. Technician left just before 9PM.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Dave and his sons are fabulous to work with— they provide great service at a very fair price. We call them every time we need a plumber. They are quick to respond and have often saved us money on repairs. I highly recommend!!!!

MSP was here today to check my ERV air exchanger. Apparently the city required some data from it. Like all my previous experiences with MSP, the service was first class.2 Years ago MSP replaced my furnace and air conditioner with a Mitsubishi Heat Pump. It was a pretty big project and again everything was absolutely first class. When I had questions in the planing for it, they responded very, very quickly. It required considerable electrical upgrade and the electrician company they use was equally good.I'd highly recommend them to anyone needed their services

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

I called in the morning when our septic alarm went off. Even though they were extremely busy they came the same afternoon and replaced our pump and had us back up and running by 3 pm. Extremely happy with them.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

I was very happy with the work they did for me and the price was much lower than another plumber bid the project for.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.
