Very quick to respond to my needs. I had a plumber out within a couple hours of my call to fix the leaking toilet. He had the parts in his vehicle and was done in a responsible time. He kept me update and explained all costs up front prior to doing the work, giving me the choice of fixing now or delaying the work.

Bob was easy to work with and everything seems to work well! Fair prices and showed up on time.

I went to the showroom and arranged to have 3 minor plumbing tasks done. We discussed they charge for drive time so I specifically requested they bring all tools and supplies needed so I would only have one drive time to pay. After being here approximately 1-1/2 hours I was informed they didn't bring supplies they needed so I would need to pay a 2nd drive fee or pay them overtime ($240 per hour). Eventually we agreed they would complete the job the next time they were in the area and waive the second drive fee. I live 2-1/2 miles from the intersection of 35W and the Minnesota River. Well, it's been over a year and apparently they still haven't had any jobs in the area ( i.e., pass within a couple miles of my house enroute to Shakopee, Savage, Burnsville, Lakeville, or Elko)

Had basement drain overflowing at 430 pm with standing sewage water. Technician was here by 645 when most business's were closed. Technician was great, friendly, new what to do and had it fixed that night. No ridiculous emergency hour fees. Threw in a comp camera scope as well. Would highly recommend.

Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable with an attention to detail that is hard to find nowadays. Gust Plumbing beat everyone else's price and Rusty gave outstanding customer service. This is my 3rd job with Rascher. My Aunt & Uncle recommended them in the first place- they had 2 bathrooms redone in an 1885 duplex.
They've replaced my leaky main water valve, they go the boiler tuned and at the perfect pressure, and just had them replace a 1924 gas valve behind my stove.

Overpriced would be an understatement. I was flabbergasted by the estimate. It doesn’t cost $2000 to $3000 to install a kitchen faucet, when you supply the faucet. A one to one and a half hour job tops. Ridiculous. Buyer beware of this outfit.

DO NOT USE Do It Right Plumbing SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed!

I scheduled an appointment online for my broken AC unit. It's 90° in my house. I missed a phone call, and called back next day when my appointment was suppose to be. Just to be told I don't have an appointment because the online scheduling is backed up. Don't offer it if you can't manage it. It's not fair to clients who think they'll be getting a service when they aren't.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Fixed leaky outdoor faucet that had befuddled both me and the handyman we used for other projects. Quickly diagnosed the problem with the packing nut and repaired it in five minutes. Charged reasonable rate.
