Best Heat Pump Installation in Saint Paul MN

Hot water heater went out. Called Rumpca, came out in less then an hour and had a new one installed in less then 2hrs. Fast, professional, reasonably priced!

Their employees are not respectful of the neighbors to projects that they are working on. Master Plumbing is working on a large project a couple doors down from my house as a subcontractor. One of their vans parked in front of my boulevard garden, and the driver was consistently walking through my plants. I confronted the driver and told him not to walk through my plants anymore, and he brushed me off, saying that the boulevard was public property, and that if I didn't want my plants to get stepped on, I should not have put them there. I can't speak to the quality of the work that they perform, but they do not care for the property of anyone who isn't paying them.

I've enjoyed fantastic service from Blaylock since I returned to the area in 2017. They are friendly, professional, affordable and flexible to perform all the plumbing jobs I've needed.

Brad provided excellent and timely service! He explained the service upon arrival, promptly got to work, and cleaned up afterwards. All of this at 9:45 pm on a Saturday night. I highly recommend Brad and Roto-Rooter!

Rusty and his team is very professional, attention to detail and always clean there jobsite well.

John was amazing. There was some initial dispatching confusion that was quickly resolved. John explained what everything would cost and what he would be doing. He was neat and cleaned up everything when he was done. Phenomenal experience.

Don't let the cost of Pedro's initial visit (to give you an estimate) scare you! At first, I have to admit, I was a bit put off by having to pay for an estimate but Pedro deserved every penny!!
He was the only plumber who was honest with me from the start!
He told me how difficult the project was going to be right from the beginning. He was dealing with an obsessive compulsive person who wanted her sink exactly in the middle of the wall in her bathroom.
While he said he would not be able to center the sink exactly where I wanted it, by the end of the project, he centered it right where I wanted it!!!
He worked very very hard to make sure I was pleased with every detail. He put up with my yappy little dogs and even my snoopy mother who was present for two of the three days he worked.
He had to saw through inches and inches of concrete to correctly tap off plumbing errors made during my homes construction. He also cleaned up a gnarly mess of copper piping and streamlined it perfectly!
My bathroom project has had me in tears more than once but Pedro performed a wonderful and very very thorough job. I will never hire anyone else for any future plumbing needs. Pedro the Plumber is the BEST!!!

I had two technicians come out for unrelated repairs. Derek for electrical work and Mike for plumbing. Both were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! They were able to identify each of my issues and they both gave me more than one option for repairs with a clear and concise estimate. Derek stuck around for me to install my Ring doorbell to make sure it was getting the adequate voltage to function properly, we both were excited when it powered right up! It was a source of much frustration for me when I couldn’t get it to work properly prior to scheduling an appt with McQuillan Bros. Mike was able to install a new downspout in my shower and improve my water pressure quite quickly. He had me check it out prior to him leaving as well and I was happy with the job! Pricing was fair and work was fast but VERY well done. I’m looking forward to using this company again for future projects!

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

I've been a monthly member of the MSP program since last fall. Everyone who has come by has been professional and knowledgeable. Nobody has tried to upsell me, they've given great advice and made sure everything is in working order. I was also impressed that they proactively called me to schedule a tune up which was 'free' with my monthly membership. Overall highly recommend so far.

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.
