My air broke down during a series of very hot days. I called Rumpca first thing in the morning and they were out within 1 hour. Replaced a part and got my air back up and running in less than an hour!! Thank you! Fast, professional service.

Worst service ever,my home warranty send this company to check my shower for small leak, they do silicon job like 5year old kid all over the faucet ,and i call them and they said is not to bad ,what did you expect !

I have had Blaylock come out four times now for about ten different projects ranging from indoor and outdoor faucet replacement to water heater replacement and all the way to pulling out and replacing the main drain running from my kitchen to my sewer (which ran half the length of the house and through the foundation). They've been consistently on-time with next-day response to emergency jobs (they have dedicated residential service to ensure not everything is a corporate client). Their prices are entirely fair for plumbing services (which are not cheap), they work diligently to ensure that the work reflects the time spent, and their quality has been exceptional.

I will continue to use them for further future plumbing projects as they come up. If that's not an endorsement for their services I don't know what is.

Having an overall awful experience with the 24 hour service from roto rooter. Two Fridays in a row I have scheduled plumbing service between 4-8p and both times they failed to deliver. The first time they sent a drain technician (after I had waited 4 hours) who had no clue how to do what was needed to fix the problem. I do not blame this on the technician as he was just going where he was sent, he was a nice guy. The second time I waited for almost 6 hours and no one showed up, I had to call them to see what was going on because they couldn't even be bothered to let me know they were running behind. I should add that they charge an extra $169 for this so-called emergency service. I would love to have them come help me during regular hours during the week, but unfortunately that hasn't worked with my schedule, so I figured I'd take advantage of these services. I understand technicians get busy, but why offer 24 hour emergency service if you cannot actually deliver this?

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

Rascher did a great job helping us replace a faucet for our kitchen sink. Very patient Plumber (Mark). Waited for me when I was late to meet him and worked hard on a tricky piping situation. We appreciate the excellent work!

My A/C wasn't working properly so I called Service today. Mike L. Was the technician who helped me. He was polite, informative and thorough. He definitely had the right tools and technology for the job. He took his time to make sure he was confident that the repair was complete before leaving my house. I would recommend Mike to any homeowner out there with an HVAC problem. He's the guy to fix it.

They did a great job on the plumbing connected to my water heater and at a great price too. Much cheaper than a certain plumbing chain that I used once before. I'll always use Newstrom from now on.

I had a great experience with the service technician that came to inspect my plumbing. The technician went beyond simply filling out his checklist and reporting the results; he was he was able to give me a better overall view of what was going on in my house. He was able to tell me what needed to be fixed, why it needed to be fixed, and possible issues that could arise in the future. Additionally, he was very positive and welcoming of any questions that I had. I've had a lot of technicians just be and in and out type of people. Though they did good jobs, there were some definite rushed experiences. With Mike, however, I felt like he was committed to making sure I had everything he could provide so I could make good decisions in my home.

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.
