Best Heat Pump in Saint Paul MN

The service we received from Rumpca Services was very prompt and courteous. They installed our new Lennox furnace last year. I called to see if they could come out and make sure we were getting the most heat flow possible from our unit. They were out the next morning, made some adjustments and tweaks to make sure all was well with the unit. I think they’re a top notch team for your HVAC needs.

Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

If hell needed a plumbing company you guys would be the best fit.

Called to try to get pricing over the phone but was told someone actually comes out to the property to provide an estimate. I said my availability for the week to come and was surprised they were able to come out next day right away. Jeff came to our property and was very friendly and informative. I did not feel pressured to make a decision and was again surprised that he was ready to do the work right then if that it what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this company, Jeff was great to work with and solved the problem we were having in no time. Five stars for Jeff and a very happy family!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Our water heater needed service on a Friday afternoon. I was able to speak to someone on the phone at Dan’s right away. They were at my house within 90 minutes. I was expecting cold showers all weekend- but Dans took care of the problem quickly and courteously! The technician was polite and knowledgeable.The visit was very affordable. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.
