After calling and getting few responses from other plumbers, Rumpca was extremely communicative from the get go and had a person out to the house for non emergency work within a day. Matt was fantastic. A true professional craftsman. He was very personable yet worked hard and fast and was attentive to our plumbing needs. Just all around great experience. We'd highly recommend Rumpca and Matt to anyone.

Where is the button for zero stars? This company is a joke, bid quote is nowhere near reality. You can always screw someone over one time, I will never give them the opportunity to do it to me a second.

I love these guys. The updates they did from a technology standpoint make it super easy to schedule appointments and know when they are coming. I would never use anyone else. They are the best!Used them again on a new house we purchased. The floor drain in the basement backed up noticed it on Friday. Called a competitor that I got referred to by a plumber I have used in the past and they were going to charge me at least three times what Ron The Sewer Rat would. Ron and his Rats charged me $50 for a Saturday call. Total was under $200. The other place was going to charge me more than that for 1 hour not to mention charging for travel time/distance. Seriously don’t use anyone else. They can’t be beat. Polite, fast, effective, and affordable/reasonable.

Check our A/C unit. Blake recommended replacing A/C inline filter. We will hold servicing for now.

I was in dire trouble with my toilet no longer functioning as it should. At a loss who to call, my neighbor suggested TJK as they had used them with good results. I called them Monday morning and they told me that they'd get back to me with info. 20 minutes later they called and had a plumber that would come out to give me an estimate and repair if desired. I jumped at the chance. No more than another 20 minutes later I received a call from Benson, the plumber, asking if it was OK that he came out right now. I answered You most certainly can!.10 minutes later Benson was at my door. This is outstanding and an experience I've never had with any other plumbers service.

The work done was exceptional. Benson was very clean and paid close attention to any spills or detritus created. Benson also cleaned the drain that was causing slow draining. On top of that he was friendly and answered any questions I could come up with.

I will continue to call TJK for any plumbing service in the future.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
