DO NOT USE Do It Right Plumbing SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed!

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

I needed the septic pumped but also knew I needed to find the big cover. Jerry explained how to find it and where to dig. I was successful. When he came to pump the lid was impossible to remove, it was going to take a lot of work and muscle. He called in his son and they teamed up for success. Once removed he cleaned everything and we put on a new cover. He inspected the entire tank and replaced one decayed baffle. I asked a lot of questions and he was more than happy to answer and explain everything. In the past I have used other companies but never got the service that Jerry provided. The other companies used a short cut of pumping thru a vent pipe. This was a very bad idea as the tank was never completely cleaned. Thanks to Jerry, I have a clean functioning septic system that will continue to provide us service for the future.

Ron the Sewer Rat could not unclog a drain. To get to it, some pipes had to be rerouted. On their rec, we called Erik Nelson.

I got texted back within two hours. Two very professional gents showed up the next day. We got everything done on time and under budget.

Oh, and they replaced our ancient wall-hanging toilet with, um, one that actually worked.

I was expecting an angry guy in a grubby T-shirt and a bill for a lot more money.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . Ben was very approachable and professional. After a few minutes of inspection, he identified the hidden shut valve and potential damage of the pipe. He offered the different options for the remedy and went over the details. The pipe was fixed very promptly, and we are very happy with the result. We'll choose him again for any future plumbing issues.

Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time.
