I was able to get my faulty water heater replaced the same day. The install was fairly quick and job was well done.

Rumpca Services installed our Lennox High Efficiency furnace and AC 10 years ago now and have done the routine maintainence on them both since installation. We have had the furnace and AC serviced every 12 to 18 months and we have never had any problems with either unit.
Rumpca has always been easy to schedule an appointment and are always on time. The service persons are actually the same people who installed the furnace 10 years ago. I guess that is a sign of a either a reliable employee or a reliable employer. The service personel are always professional and clean up after themselves when completing the job.
I would recommend Rumpca Services for either installation or service.

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

Mark really helped us decide the what was the best option for regulating the heat from our radiators, and he took the time to really explain what he was doing. Very thorough and very pleasant to have working at our house.

They did a great job on the plumbing connected to my water heater and at a great price too. Much cheaper than a certain plumbing chain that I used once before. I'll always use Newstrom from now on.

Every three years we need to get our septic tank pumped and inspected per city code. I have been using Dan's service for the last few times and they have been exceptionally easy to work with. Shows up on time, leaves the invoice on the front door and done. I love the fact I can rely on them to be on time with little effort on my part. Thanks for making things easy!!

Erik Nelson Plumbing is the best. My main drain in a 115-year old home needed total replacement. Adam (master plumber) and assistant Tim were totally professional dealing with past patches and tight places. Besides doing a great job they cleaned up so nicely. Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Master Plumbing installed a gas range I purchased from Best Buy. They're contracted to do installations. Jake and Dan were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Were careful not to make a mess. Followed protocol concerning Covid. My understanding is that are also master plumbers. I will call them in the future for plumbing issues.

I've enjoyed fantastic service from Blaylock since I returned to the area in 2017. They are friendly, professional, affordable and flexible to perform all the plumbing jobs I've needed.

We had a pipe leak over the weekend. approx $200 just to come out and diagnose problem (fair). It was a pinhole leak that was present for over a day so the leak looked worse than it was. Standard copper pipe, 10 feet of replacement with standard fittings, 100% visible/ accessible. service was fine but he charged 1600 dollars! Didn't tell me how much more the service would be until after he performed the repair and tried to tell me he was giving me a discount. I felt compelled to pay because we were in a bind but I think this situation should be visible to other potential customers so they can make up their own minds about ethics and pricing.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. Nick presented us with all the options for a new boiler without pushing one over another. We ended up getting a great system. Josh and the team that came to install the system - and the team that did abatement - were all great. Prompt, very friendly, happy in their work. Josh said that MSP takes care of them so they’re happy to take care of us and want to do a good job. And we’re very happy with the system and with follow-up. Highly recommended.

Bonfe service was quick, professional, and very much appreciated on a Sunday afternoon when my AC went out. The technician Tyler Jackson and his colleague were exceptionally friendly and I really appreciated their help assessing the problem. They correctly diagnosed the issue with my AC and helped me plan a course forward.

Greg is my go to plumber. Has installed new toilets, faucets and a water heater in my house. I have also had him to my house to clean my drain several times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating as far as my schedule is concerned and arrived before or on our scheduled appointment time. He works fast and gets the job done very well. I recommend him to everyone.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
