Service Today were very quick to respond, specially after a holiday weekend of not being able to use the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Garvin, the tech that carried out the repair, was not only helpful and quick to identify and solve the issue but more importantly did it with a smile and great customer service. Next time I need a plumber, I’m calling Service Today and requesting Garvin.

The team was very efficient and performed well in installing A/C in and old home! They were very respectful and worked through a number of challenges to make the installation work. We will use them again for future work!

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Brad arrived on time, listened to my concerns about my furnace, asked good questions and performed a thorough evaluation. He noticed two parts that needed to be replaced. One part he replaced on the spot, the other he ordered and it will be replaced next week. He was very clear, knowledgeable and easy to understand, which gave me the confidence to trust and follow his recommendation. I will continue to use Apollo and hope that Brad will continue to be our service rep.

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Had to have a heater and A/C unit inspected for the sake of my home. They did a great job, on time and the report was very detailed for the new owner. Highly recommend Janecky!

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Thank you very much!

Dan Simmons and the team at Cities1 were the pros we needed after poor experience with a typical sewer cleaner company (in dispute now so won't mention their name...yet).
