Richard showed up quickly, and immediately went to work. He was persistent in his resolve to fix the issue. He cleanup up too. I was totally satisfied.

Commercial and residential. We have used Gust Plumbing for 20 years. They are dependable, honest, and fair priced. We don't use anyone else because they are so good. I highly recommend them for any plumbing projects.

I don’t have enough great things to say about this company. They replaced our 41 year old hot water heater in May 2020. They initially were not able to come out immediately but moved some things around to accommodate us same day. It had a defective thermocoupler. They came out immediately and replaced. Jason was so nice, professional, and quick. Thank you for being our go-to people and accommodating us on short notice not 1 but 2 times!

My house had a wacky issue where power was inadequate and it was going out constantly. I was charged a $500 diagnostic fee before I was even given a quote for my issue. At this point I felt trapped. The issue was determined to be at my fuse box. The first quote I was shown was to essentially redo my entire house's electrical at $18,000!!! The 4th quote I was shown ended up being for the issue I called for, and it was still another $1,600 on top of the diagnostic fee. I felt pressured to do it because I was without power and already down $500 at this point. The quotes show you the things they will do at each tier, but they don't illustrate the itemized cost of anything, which makes it hard to discern if the prices are fair. The prices they show you in their book prior to the diagnostic are much lower than the actual price of repair. BE CAREFUL. The technicians were knowledgeable and helped answer questions about my home's flaws. I will say they did a great job and restored my power. Did they fix my issue? Yes. Could I probably have found a better deal? Yes.

Andrew did an excellent job cleaning out out main water line today! He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he accomplished at our home. A very nice gentleman with a positive attitude and very professional. Great Job!

They are always professional and best in town. I always call them for any work. My home age is 7 years so nothing to be replaced but I have them for yearly maintenances. Tom Miller is the very nice and he did the work professionally.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Came out within an hour and while didn’t have replacement part, fitted temporary solution so that had AC over hottest weekend for years! Also cleaned up dirty AC

Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. He was easy to get along with and someone I would highly recommend to anyone who has a similar situation suddenly appear.

Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. I recommend him to all my family and friends here in the East Metro that need plumbing work or projects. Thanks Mike! You have a lifetime customer in me!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Jake fixed my bathroom plumbing so I can actually use my bathroom sink (YAY!) and temporarily rigged my toilet tilI I figure out what I want to do with it-repair or replace, and actually it's rigged darn good, Jake! Reasonable rates, cleaned up when done - MUCH better than those robbers MSPP&H. Thanks again - will have you back soon for the toilet.

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

My deal is support small local business. So glad I did when I found Mark and FOCUS plumbing. Everything you would want when dealing with a plumbing business. Very personable and knowledgeable. He's now my guy. Letting family and friends know. I'm sure you would be pleased also.

My tub handle broke off at the valve and the tub could not be turned off, this meant it was time to turn off the main water line :( well, that did not fully work and water was still running. then, the darn handle broke completely off my main water line meaning no way to turn my water on or off and water stuck on.

We called and Roman was literally at the house in like 30 minutes. Sadly, we had to have the city shut off water and a few extra unexpected repairs. However, we will come out ahead and have a better setup from here on out so that is a huge win.

Roman is very professional, upfront, and honest about the prices discussed. Everything showed us along the way what was going on we could make an informed decision. Super easy-going and straight forward with communication and options. He will be coming back next week to help us with the rest of the repair. We are so grateful that the water is no longer ready. Thank you Roman!
