Josh was super polite and knowledgeable, and he taught me how to check and maintain a few things in our own so if we have issues again, we can investigate ourselves. I really appreciated his help and the fact that he didn’t try to up sell us, and he provided tips on how we can prevent the issues in the future. Great experience overall! Would 10/10 use them again!

Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

Brian with Roto-Rooter (#936 is his number) was a honest, polite, hard-working man and totally saved my family today. He showed up promptly and worked diligently until our drain was unclogged. He was also very conscientious about making sure his equipment didn't damage my home and tried to mitigate the post-job cleaning by wearing booties and putting some protective pieces on his equipment too. Thanks to him and Roto-Rooter for being available when I needed them!

David gave clear explanations of the problems and prospective solutions. Decided to accept his recommendation to upgrade my 60 year old fuse box and all the outlets and switches. / The job is now complete and my thanks to Nick and his team Dylan and Brett who did a great job.//. Also had Service Today rebuild the furnace to improve the static pressure. Nick (not the same Nick who redid the electric panel) and his assistant, Cassandra, did a great job rebuilding the furnace from the floor up.

Repaired my shower valve that had snapped off at the stem. With patience and persistence, Tim removed the old valve from the shower and replaced it with a new one. David suggested I replace my secondary shut off valve down in the basement. I could tell he had my best interest in mind and agreed to have the handle replaced. This business is family owned and these guys are top notch.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

Great company! I called Paul the plumber due to my floor drain in the basement overflowing with a clog. He had a guy out that was able to arrive before our scheduled time at 11:00 a.m. this morning. The plumber was professional efficient and got the job done in no time. I chose Paul the plumber due to his professed Christian faith, which I share. It's great to see a company sharing Jesus with everyone they impact through their work. The work done was affordable. Paul even explains things in a simple way over the phone and offers suggestions prior to scheduling a plumber to come out. So glad to have found a trustworthy plumbing business, and will call for further plumbing needs in the future! Good bless!

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

Very impressed by DJ and Jim. Needed a high dollar kitchen faucet installed. Not only were they on time but they called to let me know they are coming early! Love it! This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Greg came out and took care of my broken handle on my toilet and put on a new toilet seat. Very professional and pleasant to talk to! I highly recommend!!
