We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Dave and his sons are fabulous to work with— they provide great service at a very fair price. We call them every time we need a plumber. They are quick to respond and have often saved us money on repairs. I highly recommend!!!!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Our appointment timing was from 4-8:00 pm - Received verification call and Steve (#655) was there at 4:02 pm. We were concerned it would be closer to 8:00 - good timing! We have used Roto-Rooter many times over the years and have never experienced a plumber that was as prepared as Steve was - he knew the last time our kitchen sink had been serviced and also knew when we had our major sewer line work had been done. He was thorough, overall great experience and job well done!

I recently had a new furnace installed in my St. Paul home by Aabbott Ferraro. After several other estimates Nick Steckhahn visited me and described the options in a clear and concise manner. He was very professional and did not pressure me into a decision. He was able to meet our financial requirements and arrange for the furnace to be installed the very next day. This was welcomed as it was still fairly chilly. The next day two employees arrived. The installation experience was as professional and pleasant as was the estimate experience with this company. Our new furnace was up and running in half a day and when Nick arrived to check the work he sat with us and answered all questions. We got a very good guarantee from the company on their work. This review is a small token of my appreciation for the professional that this company demonstrated from call to HVAC fix. Sam was knowledgeable, punctual and he took the time to explain what he was diagnosing and how it needed to be fixed. Previously, I had been told I needed to replace my entire furnace but Sam took the time to explain that I simply needed a new flame sensor. Called at 5 on a Friday and had a warm and cozy home by 8:30. If you have any hesitation about using this company, tuck it away and give them a call. I’m so grateful - could not be happier with the service. Will certainly be my go to company for heating and air!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Jesse arrived around 2:00PM, well within the scheduled time. He diagnosed and repaired the problem with the A/C system. Because the issues were within the warranty period, there was no charge for his work.In my mind, this is the way our experience with MSP is supposed to work.
