Rumca answered promptly, was very professional, and had someone out to our house within 2 hours. 15 minutes later and no fuss they diagnosed and replaced a burned out capacitor on a 21-year-old Carrier. Exactly the way you'd want this experience to work as a homeowner, including a speedy payment by phone at the end.

The employee was ahead of schedule so he called and asked if he could start earlier than our scheduled time. I said yes, of course! Rob was well mannered and friendly. He did a thorough job of checking our furnance and gave options of maintenence in the future.I would recommend Airtech Heating and Cooling.

DO NOT USE Do It Right Plumbing SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed!

We had a shower clog that we ultimately fixed with some elbow grease and vinegar. We tried this after contacting McQuillan Bros and having a worker give it a pitiful, 30 minute try and charging us $650. He also quoted us three other options that ranged in price from $2,000 to over $20,000. In all, he was here less than two hours and most of that was writing up quotes we didn't ask for. When we contacted customer service to express our displeasure in being charged over $300 an hour for a job that was not even done (recall we had to fix the clog ourselves), the company argued with us. Over and over. They eventually offered us a pittance. $100 off. I'm not sure why they think charging $550 to allow a guy to write quotes in my house and fiddle with shower for 30 minutes and not fix anything is acceptable, but here we are.Word to the wise: pay with credit if you deal with these people. It makes disputing the charge much easier. Perhaps the wiser option is just to avoid them.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

I have used MSP for many things. Last summer our AC went out and they were able to send over someone almost immediately after I called them. Had the system fixed in no time and we had air again. Will show you exactly what's the issue and what needs to be done to fix it...Most recently I've had MSP out for a bathroom remodel. Very professional during the whole time. Dan was awesome, very professional, explained everything very well. Regardless of the setbacks we had that were completely out of his control, he was very positive and came back out every time we needed him. I'm very happy with his work. I will probably request him for the next bathroom remodel and the needed plumbing work for a sprinkler system if he's still there.

Had the $59.00 furnace tuneup done. The technician was thorough, and did a good job. He gave us all pertinent information pertaining to the furnace , as well as additional options to increase the whole home comfort level , if we were interested. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. We declined for now. Great job.

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

Had a nasty stopped up drain in the basement, and Twin City Rooter was recommended by our local plumber. They set me up with 'Don', who called me pretty quick, and was here the same day. He jumped right in and it turned out to be a tough job - but he had us all fixed up in no time. Friendly guy, and very reasonable price!!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do).
