After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

After many rears of service, we decided it was time to give our old boiler the boot. I called 5 different companies for bids; Rumpca was the first to show and the favorite from the start. It turns out that they were the most complete bid, and the price leader for the work, but even if they hadn't been the lowest, the thoroughness of their estimate made us certain there would be no surprises.
The work as done was clean, well thought out and our disruption was only a day - the heat was on again within a few hours of starting, and they had re-fit EVERYTHING and refill the system before they could start it up.
We're thrilled with the new system and will definitely call Rumpca for future maintenance and projects.

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

Jason was able to fit us in same day when our water heater started leaking. Very thankful for quick service and a job well done.

Matt S. is a tech at Aabbott Ferraro. Matt was sent to repair our room air conditioner. He was on-time, polite and knowledgable! Matt had our AC unit back up and running quickly. But he noticed that our unit had a faulty board that would not shut down the AC in the event of a water leak. Matt came back the next day and installed a new board. Fabulous service!

This is the second time Kevin serviced our heating/cooling at the house and he did an amazing job. He explained everything he needed to do, what he did, and gave me tips about maintaining the system until the next tune up was needed. I appreciate having such a great hometown service so close to home.

I called for furnace maintenance. Ended up being $900 to replace ignitor and adjust gas valve. They do have a $50 off any service coupon on their website. They said it was too cold to service A/C unit which is for the best.

Curella Co. did an amazing job repairing our offset pipe. Tony got us a bid in a timely manner and was good at communicating for when the ground would be thawed enough to do the job. I'd definitely recommend them.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

Absolutely disappointing and unreliable company. I work with a management company and was referred to Twin City Rooter for an emergency shower repair. Not only did the receptionist fail to return calls 2 different days, but 'Doug' was a no show for the scheduled date and time. After calling the main line and Doug's cell, I never got a response, a call back or rescheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional and I will not be referring them out to other properties.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!
