After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

This company is great. Jeff was fast, informative, and incredibly nice. They gave us a way better price than the other companies for our new ac and it came with labor for 2 years. We were able to schedule with them in a timely manner and when they did the install they were very nice and incredibly fast. Our ac works great and I would highly recommend Rumpca if you want quality work, excellent service, and great prices!

I had water coming up my downstairs shower and floor drain and it was a Saturday night,not a good time,if there is a such a thing,Roto-Rooter was there in two hours! Derek was very professional and was able to clear whatever was plugged.The cameraman Luke, was promptly here bright and early this Monday to check it out. Both were very informative,professional. What I liked most,for a bad situation, was the communication piece from All Roto-Rooter employees was very clear about the timing ,price, and course of action was going to be.

Jason came out to change my outside spigot pipe to one I could actually shut down for winter. He was prompt, nice as could be, and he even was able to do a small repair on the washer hose valve. Yes, I had to wait a couple of weeks, but this wasn't an emergency and frankly, after my last plumber, this was a wonderfully pleasant surprise! Thank you!

They waited until they day that they were scheduled to come out and see us to let us know that we were outside their service area, even though they had our address weeks beforehand. Inconvenient and poor communication.

This visit was to install outlets in a shop, pre-plan and set up for a spring installation of a yard light and to change some switches to make them independent of other lighting. DO NOT USE Do It Right Plumbing SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed!

John Holloway, Josh Norby & Tim Mahedy helped fix my water heater & furnace problems. They were excellent at explaining my problems and offered several options on how to move forward.All were professional, friendly, competent and on time. The admin staff was efficient when communicating, which they did often. I always knew what was happening. This crew was outstanding and I will be a customer for life.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time.
