Responsive customer service and just plain nice folks

We just had The Plumbing Guys to our home for service. It was the best experience we have ever had with a plumber. The tech was here when he said he would be here and completed the job in a timely efficient manner.In addition to fixing the issue, he checked all of the water valves, the water heater temperature and pressure, the water hardness. He explained what he was doing and why and made notes so that, if we have any trouble in the future, he will have a record.It was a 5 star experience.

The Tech (Mr. Gray) was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job of inspecting the A/C unit. He also provided recommendations of upgrades/parts in order to maintain the functionality. Very pleased with the overall service.

Office staff and Management very friendly and helpful, technician was terribly unprofessional and difficult and pricing is extortionate! Will never use services again. I scheduled a special a/c tune-up of $49 advertised in a mailer. On the visit the capacitor was found to not be working and was told the tune-up could not be completed without replacing it. For a part that was stocked on the truck I was quoted $299 to install it. That seemed a little expensive so I declined the repair and was told since the tune up couldn't be completed I would have to pay the normal service call charge of $88. Nowhere on the advertised mailer or when I called to set up appointment was there a disclosure that if the system wasn't working or repairs were necessary the tune-up couldn't be completed and I would be required to pay $88 for a service visit. After declining the repair service I went to my local supply store and found the replacement part for $15. I decided to purchase that and replace it myself which took about 10 mins as a non-professional. I called back to speak to a manager about why the charge was $299 and was told that it factored in overhead costs of insurance, offices, trucks etc. I was told that they would send out a technician to complete the tune-up no that the system was working free of charge as a one-time courtesy. On the second visit the same technician from a week prior arrived at my property and said he was here to install new capacitor and Hard Start Kit for $600 which is what he had perviously suggested on the first visit, but I had already declined, and talked about with the manager why. He then refused to do the a/c tune up stating it wasn't right to him and company and drove off extremely unprofessionally.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Extremely responsive. Great customer service. I had originally called a different company when my furnace quit working in below zero weather. After being dissatisfied with the company, I called Apollo. Bill (the service technician) was terrific. He took the time to explain in plain language what the issues were with my furnace, which required replacement. He didn’t leave until we had a plan for replacing it. No waiting until someone else called me to schedule. And he was able to get my new furnace scheduled for install the following morning, less than twelve hours later. The price was reasonable, the service was impeccable. Thank you.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!
