Kevin came out to perform a furnace cleaning for me; over the years I've had many furnace cleaning but this was by far the most in depth and complete cleaning I've ever had done. Kevin answered all of my questions and let me know how each part was doing and things that might need to be replaced in the near-to-medium future. Without a doubt this is definitely the company that I'll be using going forward for any furnace cleaning

TOTALLY AMAZING company to work with!! Unexpectedly was in need of a hot water baseboard heat and boiler expert while in the middle of a bathroom remodel. Remodeling company had used McQuiian Bros in other instances and always got really positve feedback from their customers .They needed to remove the old hot water baseboard heater and seal off the pipes so all appropriate drywall material could be installed to code as per orders of building inspector. They later came back to reinsall a new baseboard heater and re-hookup the plumbing pipes.While here I had them look at my new pandemic boiler which has been nothing but grief since installation in winter of 2021. My gut instincts were confirmed that the installation was a complete mess up and totally not up to code as the company had never even gotten an intsall permit ! McQuillan rebuilt all the plumbing of the boiler with an actual blueprint develpoed by their actual engineer. I mean these guys are Professionals to the core and the most down to earth, straight forward, polite, non-pushy, highly educated experts!!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

On a Thurs, Apollo arrived to repair my furnace that was intermittent in providing heat. A sensing device was cleaned, a pressure switch was replaced, and a new owner-provided thermostat was installed, .Later, the furnace would only provide some heat and then shut down. Another appointment was made for the next day. A second technician, replaced the owner's air filter with another owner's air filter of less density. Furnace is now working properly.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

Had a great experience with Josiah from All Star Handyman! We've had Joisah help with a number of things in our home, and he did a great job at everything! He's fixed doors, helped with flooring, helped with a bathroom remodel, etc!

Very thankful for his timely communication, and his honesty. Some contractors and handymen can inflate prices, or cut corners (I've unfortunately experienced that with others before), but Josiah has been 100% transparent and honest and does very high quality work! If you're in the twin cities area, he's your guy!

Would absolutely use Cichy’s again. Very honest, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. They did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line and we have no complaints! (and no more problems). Highly recommend!

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.
