I’ve waited a month and still no $400 refund ! I’ve rated u a 1! On google ! Never got a call back or correspondence! U guys ripped me off and I’m sharing your incompetence! This is the wire a certified hvac added to correct problem which I instructed your technician to fix! He tried to sell me everything except adding a jump wire on thermostat! Shady Stuff!! It took tech 5 minutes to correct thermostat wiring! Please reply !!!

John and Karly came out to inspect a leak, they were FAST, friendly, didn’t try to convince me more work was needed when it wasn’t. This company cost less than HALF of other local companies to do leak detection, and came out same day when an opening became available. And their standard rate was $40/hr cheaper than other companies. I know where I’ll be calling next time I need work done. Shop small, hire this crew!

They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

Putting on a pressure release valve; $485.

This is an excelent choice. I have had many 3 AM disasters and fiascos and they are great too work with. Sometimes you cant fix something for sure in one trip, sometimes issues are complex and vexing. This is when you really get too see the difference in a company, after all anyone can do a good job when its EZ.
In one infamus case they came out every day for a week and replaced practically everything tracking down the problem. Lets just say it was a dooozy too diagnose, in the end it was a huge pain too repair as well since my house has terrible access.
Many companies would try too jack up the bill or turn it into a huge hassle but no, that wasn't even a question. I only paid for a single repair and trip. I'm pretty sure they lost money on me that time and probably a few other times. But too their credit they did so with cheer, clearly this is a company that takes pride in their work. You dont get that much these days. So no need too think twice on this decision.

Chris Larson from Metro Plumbing was great! We had an issue with the shower not putting out cold water. Chris explained the issue, pricing and the work very clearly. He was also timely, professional and friendly. I would happily have him/Metro Plumbing work on any future plumbing project.
