Both of my toilets were clogged beyond what a plunger could remedy. Charles came out after hours and did an excellent job. He fixed the problem and even gave me an estimate on installing new toilets. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend them. They are efficient, forthcoming, and reasonable.

After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

Outstanding! He is OUR HANDYMAN for anything else going forward. His professionalism, punctuality and knowledge are exceptional. I highly recommend that if you have something you can't figure out at your home, call John!!!

The tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a few tips regarding maintenance that I could do and found a small area mice had gotten into the unit, sealed up the area, and replaced corroded wires. I was pleasantly surprised and will be using Rumpca again in the future. The saying is true, you get what you pay for. Great experience!

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

Fixed a leak in my Sink in 1 hour at a low price. I would highly recommend them.

ServiceNow called and stated they have to have a tech come out for a furnace check up cost was $29. We scheduled and Tech shows up on time. He starts to look at the furnace which is less than 3 years old. He drilled 2 holes in the furnace and did a check of pressure. Of course pressure was too high. He stated this causes the blower to burn out prematurely and recommended a $350 service to remediate the issue. To which I agreed he did a few things on the furnace and stated he needed his manager to come out and look it over as he could not get the pressure down. His manager arrives 20 min later and he looks it over and after a few tests and not really doing anything told me in order to fix the issue he needed to put the furnace up on a 4 platform. Issue with this there is not enough duct work above the furnace to accommodate the 4 inch lift. So he suggested the duct work be redone at a estimated cost of $5000. I do not spend $5000 to save a blower motor that costs less than $1000. My concerns with this company are that they get into your house and do upsells. I also think that the $29 original costs should be the only charge I should have to pay as neither the tech nor his manager fixed the issue I was charged with. I should get $321 back from the up charge as they did not do what they stated they would. I will not be using Service Today for any service or repairs that they offer.

I own Lindstrom Electric, LLC and have worked on some of the same projects with Semlak Plumbing. The quality of his work is the best I have seen and he is easy to work with. When the trades work together on projects the customer receives the best finished product.

Wonderful, honest and professional. He came in and fixed my pluming issue in one day.

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
