They installed a great AC system in our nearly 100 year old house, including the duct work, and all for a price far less than the competition. They had come up with a plan for the ducts that was much less invasive to our walls and floors than the other companies, too.
Their workers are highly skilled and knowledgeable, as well as professional, friendly and dependable.
Joe recently came to our new house and cleaned out our furnace chimney, which had been completely backed up with leaves from a pesky squirrel. He sealed the hole the squirrel was using, too. These guys are definitely on our speed dial.

I was speaking to John about replacing a sprinkler system back flow. We had agreed on a price but was just awaiting a part (that he had me order online) to come in. 5 days ago I got the part and sent John an email advising him that the part was in. I haven't heard from him since. And this was a referral!! Guess what I told his friend who referred me!

What a cavalier way to do business. No matter. I got another plumber who showed respect and I saved $75.00 at the same time. Looks like pricing and job scheduling are issues for this company; at least in my experience and at least 5 other reviews where scheduling seems to be a problem..
