Encountered a very rude and disrespectful employee from this company, which for a service organization that advertises its business on the side of its vehicles, is a counterproductive way to act if you expect the public to employ your services. Encouraging your employees to be courteous to the general public might prevent further alienation of your company's reputation. I don't know if you provide competent services or not, but I will never know thanks to the inappropriate conduct of your employee.

Brett at JT Dunn was very knowledgeable and super helpful when my AC stopped working and was 90 degrees outside. He was available imediatelly and managed to fix it the same day. Price was good compared to others and service was outstanding considering my urgency and having no AC with 2 kids. I'll recommend them to my friends if they have any issues with their AC or furnace.
