The estimate given was verbal with detail about cost if parts vs labor. The pricing was ridiculously high when you compute it on an hourly basis.
When I called to ask/comment about these things I could tell I was not being taken seriously and the staff person was almost laughing that I even was asking these questions.
I will NEVER use them again.

I contacted Maplewood plumbing for a clogged drain and they were able to fit me in less than 24 hours later. They arrived on time, did not try to upsell anything, and fixed the problem promptly. They provide a great service on the telephone and in person. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We had Brooks Plumbing come in and put a main stack in & Vents installed. They showed up with their crew did an awesome job was very professional and courteous. Gave them their own keys to enter the house for the time that they were working. Not one problem I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing needs this was a big job and they tackled it was no problem at all. Thank you Brooks Plumbing!
