I had an extensive plumbing problem which involved replacing all my sewer pipes the entire length of my split level home. I called numerous well known plumbing companies and none wanted to tackle such an extensive project. Vince from Byrd Plumbing in St Charles came out and did an assessment of the project. He gave me a bid that seemed reasonable. The plumbers who worked on the job were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They far exceeded my expectations in completing the work. When the project was finished, the cost was lower than I expected. Vince, the owner of the company, could not have been nicer. He is a genuine, sincere and honest man who I trust completely. Main drain clogged up on us. I had two top companies at my house that could not get it free, Roto rooter and drain masters. Made the call to authority. They were at my residence within a hour and had the drain flowing the right way within a few short minutes! Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

I’ve used 5-6 times over the span of 9 months. Decent service but repeatedly cancels on the day of service. Will not service a job unless the landlord is on site during the work. Hard to use a company that doesn’t value the customers time along with their own.
