Best Tub Drains in Saint Louis MO

We recently had an excellent experience with Henry Plumbing while selecting a vanity and sink for a powder room renovation. Their pricing met the online competition, but doing business locally made all the difference. We ordered a marble top bathroom vanity sink and it was shipped in from out of state. I picked it up and brought it home only to find that it had been damage in shipment. Gail S. (who set up the order for me) was excellent about facilitating the exchange. She went above and beyond by going to bat against the company (who claimed that we could have damaged the sink ourselves) and getting us a replacement shipped to us in an expedited fashion at no extra cost. Another great example of how shopping locally with a company that cares about its customers and reputation is totally worth it!

We have not been lucky with plumbers since we moved to St. Louis until now. We had a new disposer and plumbing installed by a so-called licensed Plummer and it leaked. But the folks at Maplewood plumbing got it fixed. I found them to be professional, friendly and to provide good recommendation about our old water heater and other plumbing questions. I highly recommend them. Thank you for providing such a good service.

I’ve used Tom & Team once before to unclog a drain, and with an issue that popped up yesterday, he was the obvious first choice. Very responsive and arrived on time. It was a tough clog, but Tom was determined to get the drain opened up, trying a few different methods/tools. I’ve recommended him to friends and family, and will continue to do so. Best in the business!

I wouldn't use them ever again. Charged me $130 as a disabled veteran on a limited income and didn't even work on or fix anything, just came out and spent 10 minutes to diagnose an issue and didn't even really do that. What kind of service is that?! I can understand if you actually work or fix something. But to not even do any work or fix anything and charge someone $130 dollars is despicable. Find someone else because these guys will rip you off. They aren't even worthy of one star.

We called late on a Saturday night (after 10 pm) because we had a badly leaky faucet. Ron responded to our call. He was prompt to make it out despite the late hour. He was professional and did great work. Would definitely recommend this company.
