Very responsive in scheduling. I wasn’t able to be home and he graciously texted me (as I can’t answer the phone while at work) and kept me updated. Allowed payment remotely through Venmo or PayPal. Pipe isn’t leaking anymore, so what else could I ask for. Would definitely use again.

I have many plumbers over the years try to repair our kitchen sink. It has caused flooding in our kitchen several times since our remodeling. This happened again--we reached out to Linek for the first time. The plumber was very nice and patient ---found multiple problems. I know this created a strain on the companies scheduling--but he took the time to repair all of the problems. I believe they have ended this nightmare for us--as our kitchen finally seems to work properly. The price was fair--the service was prompt--the amount of caring was off the charts wonderful. We had Brooks Plumbing come in and put a main stack in & Vents installed. They showed up with their crew did an awesome job was very professional and courteous. Gave them their own keys to enter the house for the time that they were working. Not one problem I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing needs this was a big job and they tackled it was no problem at all. Thank you Brooks Plumbing!

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...
