What a life saver! They came out asap and fixed a smell I had in my house for over 3 years. I have had so many companies out that said they fixed it and it never was. I had dropped so much money into this problem it is embarrassing. Finally! Someone fixed the problem and no mystery smell. Could not be happier. Thank you so much. Oh- they even followed-up the next day to make sure it was still going well.

This company offers a great service. Their plumbers are professional and very helpful. My water heater is getting older and it isn't as strong anymore. Maplewood Plumbing and Sewer's plumber helped me make a short term fix to the heater to save me a few months with it. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need at this moment. When I water heater does go out for good, I am calling Maplewood Plumbing and Sewer and I trust that they will get the job done right and for a reasonable price.

Performance Plumbing came out to my house to take a look at a water heater of mine that was acting up. I have lived in my house for 17 years and had not replaced the water heater. The plumber told me that my best option was the replace the water heater as it had outlived it's life expectancy. He took the time to explain to me that I needed to maintenance it yearly and that Performance even offered a plan that they would do that for me for 6 years! I thought that was great. The plumber was very courteous and even though it was at the end of his day he stayed to replace my water heater and even cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Needless to say I have found my plumber for life!

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.
