I highly recommend this company they are always on top of things and had the resources on a Sunday to get us back open for Monday. I can't say a big enough THANK YOU!

I was delighted with Linek's professional and friendly service. Al tackled a problem that two other plumbing companies could not fix. He was committed to making sure every repair was functioning properly. Linek has been the best plumbing company we have used and highly recommend them.

Performance plumbing has performed work for us twice so far and each time they were both quick to in getting out to us and in completing the work.

I called them out the first time to fix a stoppage in our basement bathroom and on top of that they ended up replacing the shower fixtures and my upstairs bath drain without batting an eye at the request. The second time they rebuilt our main water shut off so that we don't have to keep turning our well off manually at the barn.

Our technician Teddy is awesome! He works quickly and the area is totally clean after he leaves. Teddy also answers any questions I have and has always been willing to help me talk through possible diy opportunities. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Collin was my technician. He is a very nice and capable young man. Collin was personable, and I see a good future for him in this business.

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

Highly recommend! We hired them for numerous projects at our home, including the entire repainting of the exterior of the house. They are very knowledgeable in multiple areas, priced fairly, and great to work with. We will definitely be calling them again!

We called at 10 am with the water having been turned off the night before. The earliest availability they had was tomorrow morning but ended up working something out doe this afternoon. They were an hour behind and I left a vm.....however, once they arrived they assessed the situation quickly and had the fix done in less than 30 mins. They also said to call if there is still water. Will definitely use them again! Polite. Professional. Courteous.

I had a slow leak in my kitchen faucet that I finally decided to get checked out. Tyrel came out and determined that I probably just needed a new faucet. I made an appointment with him to come back out and install one about a week later and I haven't had an issue with the leak since. This was about a year ago, so enough time has passed for me to know that the issue was resolved. I have recommended him to my family and friends and would definitely use his services again in the future.

Called to scheduled an appointment for a broken sink at 7AM. Great, I thought, I can get this in before work. 7AM, no one shows. Called the office at 7:30, says they don't open until 8AM. Okay... maybe I heard the time wrong? Left a message. 8:15AM, still nothing. Called again, receptionist on phone confirmed my appointment for 7AM. She said she would try and figure out what was going on... but I needed to head out to work, I didn't have time to wait for them to figure it all out. (Plus it seems they didn't even get the message I left!)

Very disappointing overall.

Very friendly, which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Office told me they would come do an inspection for a $59 fee. Guy came out with a flashlight and told me exactly what I told the office person when asking if they needed to come out with what I was seeing. Then wanted $264 for a camera scope. Did not help with finding out what was wrong or could be causing the issue like the office told me they would. This would be a 1 star for sure if the guy wasn’t friendly.

UPDATE: I initially left this review a couple weeks ago. TURNS OUT the smell was coming from my sink/laundry drain just a mere 4 steps from my sewer drain. I would never recommend these people as it seems like they bank on the $60 for the 10 min “inspection” as a business
