Andrew was on time and understood the job that needed to be done and also installed two toilets as well as two faucets in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend, Andrew as well as this company because they had flexible hours that accommodated my work schedule.

This was my second experience in using Maplewood Plumbing. The plumbers work conscientious to their pricing timeframe,...doing an excellent job in a timely manner, plus leaving the area neat and clean. They are knowledgeable, good at giving helpful information and advice. The company employees are very customer conscious, and, very much, focus on the customer's immediate needs when scheduling. Cocos Plumbing was able to graciously help us recover from a series of DIY bathroom renovation blunders. Ben took the time to locate just the bottom of a two-piece toilet for us, and Joe came out, installed the toilet, and cut/replaced a section of PVC piping (pierced with an overzealous nail gun). They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I was very impressed and will most definitely use them again.

Update January 9 2019 - Tom is amazing. This is the third time he has helped me and every time I am so grateful to have him to rely on. You just can't go wrong with Tom! I had the line cleaned just 3 months earlier by one of those big name companies who treats you like number instead of a worried customer. then I decided to try Able Rooter. I was so surprised when I talked to Tom on the phone. He was 180 degrees different. So friendly and polite. He took care of everything and worked with our tenant to save me a 100 mile drive to meet him, and with a small fee I was able to pay by phone. He texted me with updates. Not only did he do a great job, but he gave me a call back the next day to go over everything with me. If you have any problems like this, call Tom at Able Rooter. He is fantastic to work with and very fair with his prices. I will definitely keep his number in my cell phone!
