Robert came to my house to fix the water knocks I had when the toilets were flushed. He knew what needed to be done right away. The water knocks have ceased. I highly recommend Robert and his team for your plumbing needs.

We recently had a water heater failure on a holiday weekend. My wife and I went to a local Lowes to start pricing out replacements and had the luck to speak with an employee from Dunn Plumbing. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He contacted the owner and we were discussing options within a few hours. That was our first experience and it was great! We decided to go with a tankless system and decided to go with Dunn Plumbing for the install. They arrived exactly on time (actually a little earlier than I expected but that was great) and began to work. I didn't realize the amount of work needed to convert to the tankless system! I had the opportunity to speak with all three of the workers there and they were all very friendly, professional, and worked hard. By the end of the day, we had hot water again, which makes for a happy home. The work site was left completely clean and there were no surprise costs at the end. I would definitely recommend Dunn Plumbing for any work that needs to be done!!

In typical fashion of someone incapable of owning up to their mistakes and taking responsibility for there poor actions. Mr Jaggies wife Sara gave the company a 5 star review to off set my husbands 1 star review. The funny thing is if Mr.Jaggie was smart, he would have called me and appoligized for the way he spoke to me. This would have warded off the poor reviews he received from me and my husband. But whether it’s an ego problem or just plain ingorance, Mr.Jaggie hasn’t figured out how to handle customers properly and deserves the poor reviews he’s earned his company.

So, this is going to be a review you won't likely read all that often - the one where a resource is so busy they can't take your business immediately (great sign of a quality contractor) but make the time to listen to you and then refer the business to someone else dependable - who is, obviously, their competitor!I would recommend calling Able Rooter any time you are looking for a trusted resource - as their integrity is so high that they place your needs above their own; not something you find all that much nowadays.Thanks again!
