We use Dunn for nearly all of our heating and cooling needs. They installed a great AC system in our nearly 100 year old house, including the duct work, and all for a price far less than the competition. They had come up with a plan for the ducts that was much less invasive to our walls and floors than the other companies, too.
Their workers are highly skilled and knowledgeable, as well as professional, friendly and dependable.
Joe recently came to our new house and cleaned out our furnace chimney, which had been completely backed up with leaves from a pesky squirrel. He sealed the hole the squirrel was using, too. These guys are definitely on our speed dial.

I had a water inlet valve replaced, i was given a quote for $400.00 thinking this will take several hours i said ok, it took .45 min. Thats $400.00 an hour that they still charged me and then still added $28.00 for taxes, who makes $400.00 per hour? This was probly a $200.00 job at best

Performance Plumbing came out to my house to take a look at a water heater of mine that was acting up. I have lived in my house for 17 years and had not replaced the water heater. The plumber told me that my best option was the replace the water heater as it had outlived it's life expectancy. He took the time to explain to me that I needed to maintenance it yearly and that Performance even offered a plan that they would do that for me for 6 years! I thought that was great. The plumber was very courteous and even though it was at the end of his day he stayed to replace my water heater and even cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Needless to say I have found my plumber for life!

What a great experience with Python Plumbing! Matt and his guys did an amazing job taking care of some issues I was having. Once they would be fixing one thing something else would pop up that they also would repair for me. They ended up redoing the plumbing my entire house and also replacing the water heater. Cocos Plumbing was able to graciously help us recover from a series of DIY bathroom renovation blunders. Ben took the time to locate just the bottom of a two-piece toilet for us, and Joe came out, installed the toilet, and cut/replaced a section of PVC piping (pierced with an overzealous nail gun). They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I was very impressed and will most definitely use them again.

The discharge pipe to our sump pump froze and made the sump pump start spraying into the house at 8:30pm on a Sunday. Ron was there within an hour, found the problem, and saved our house from flooding. He found a large break in the pipe behind the wall and took care of it quickly. He was extremely polite and respectful of our house to boot. Thank you so much!
