Would not give me the time of day.

I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

Linek has provided us with plumbing service for over 10 years and we have always been highly satisfied with their quality service. Recently they installed a new sump pump which by no fault of theirs failed to activate during a heavy storm. It turned out to be a manufacturer failure. They represented us to the manufacturer who refused to help offset our deductible. Steve Stilwell worked diligently on the issue and helped us cover the deductible in spite of the fact that they were not obligated to do so. Linek is a stand up firm and we continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Bryant, Otis, and the entire team are great to work with.

The owner Corey Jaggie is an arrogant jerk. We spent just over $25,000 with this company on our home and when issues came up he was rude and hung up on us because in his words “your contractor hired him not you”. Well I wrote the checks to you Mr. Jaggie not my contractor! Here’s what you’ll get for $25,000+: leaking sinks, every shower and tub with the hot and cold reversed and talked to like you a piece of garbage when you asked for it to be corrected. WHAT A JOKE!

Came right away on Christmas Eve when our pipe burst and our basement was flooded. No one else would even answer the phone. Thanks for the help!

They responded quickly to my request and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I didn't start with them this time but I will definitely not make that mistake next time. Kunkel Plumbing will be my first call

I hired Honey Do to replace / repair a tub faucet with a severe leak. It was easy to schedule them and they didn't require the extra step of needing to see the faucet before agreeing to repair. They were on time for the repair and determined that it would be significantly more expense to replace the faucet due to the tub / tile location. They recommended rebuilding the current faucet at half of the cost of replacement and had the parts on hand to complete that day. In addition to the faucet, they were also able to resolve an issue with the hot water expansion tank while they were on site. It's been over a month and the repair/rebuild are operating without issue. Easy to work with, reasonable on cost, and flexible on what/how to resolve the issues are reasons why I look forward to working with Honey Do for my future plumbing issues!

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

Norman did a great job painting our front porch. He responds fast and is trustworthy. He also was very helpful in giving advice regarding weather treatment. The price was very fair too.

We have used Ronny & Gary Jakob for our family's plumbing needs for a very long time. They are extremely professional very reliable very Honest. Their Company had really help me out when my husband was on a Navy Deployment and the main drain backed up.
I highly recommend & Trust both of them.

I will start by saying that I have used this company before at other properties I have managed. Don’t think I had any issues .

Now I’m the facilities manager on a property that can’t seem to get these guys to show up . In my experience . You try and always treat your vendors like family they are the ones who can get you out of a. Bind.

I’ve been at my property now for almost three years. I’ve called maybe 3 or 4 times since they are a “preferred vendor”.

First time I called I believe it was for a massive leaks coming from the restrooms on the third floor. Called and asked about some flush valves . Gave me the run around .

When you book normally the vendor will ask you when are you on property till . My hours are 6-2 never got a service call that could happen in my window.

Fast forward to June 29th 8-9am I tried to schedule a call for the same flush valves / seals for those toilets they say they can’t get anyone on the schedule till after the holiday. Alright that’s fine . Schedules me 8 days out minus 3 days for holiday etc.

Then calls me at 3:30 pm this afternoon to tell
Me that my call can’t be completed today. Which this isn’t the first time it has happened to me over 3 times I’ve never gotten them on property .

So I asked why is that this Keeps happening one time i get it 2 times i understand 3 times with no explanation or accountability is a terrible taste to leave in someone’s mouth.

Preferred vendor. But yet that didn’t even have the common courtesy to book me early in the day on their schedule a week in advance .

At this point . I’m just going to assume that they don’t want to business with me or my property which is sad to hear because recommendation comes down from people above me who
Would be disappointed to learn of the experience we are having more than once.

Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.
