Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

They came out & drained My sewer in March 2021 for $100 dollars. The technician never actually entered the house he messed around in a hole in my front yard for about 15 min. The money is not the issue here. It’s May & the sewer is backed up again & they want to charge Me another $100 dollars. I would have just paid someone the $200 in the first place to get the job done right. Lesson learned on my part. Oh yeah they only give You 30 days guarantee this I’d the problem. What ever happened to building a good customer base.

Representative was two hours late to our appointment and wasted more time talking about his children’s careers than our service needs. Then ghosted without providing the promised estimate or scope of work. 0/10 for bad service and unreliable staff. If this is what the process looks like at the beginning, I’d hate to see what happens next. Steer clear.

One week ago, on a Sat., my gas hot water heater of 18 years “died.” I first called a plumber I had used in the past and when his bid came in at over $3,000 for a basic 40-gal gas hot water heater, I called friends in the Commercial Construction business (VSP Construction & AJ Plumbing) for advice. Redington Co should not only get 5 stars, plus many more, but should also get awards for going the extra mile, excellent customer service, patience, kindness, and superior workmanship. No hidden costs, few, if any problems, just a job well-done. The Journeyman, Bill, was terrific and efficient and his apprentice, Brandon, was just the best. From Tammie in the front office, to Rick Jr., to everyone I’ve met at JE Redington, I now know why they call themselves “Your Home Town Plumber. Thank you J.E. I had a great experience with Drain Masters. Brad was very friendly and was able to make a quick decision how to rectify the situation. He showed up in an hour after I called and put in a new shut off valve to get our water back in order. He communicated the price before starting and worked very quickly.
