Second time Anytime Plumbing has completed work at my home. First job was a sump pump replacement that went well. Last week they replaced my hot water heater and shortly after install a gas leak developed due solely to improper installation. Gas line fittings were barely hand tightened with no sealant around the threads...really thankful that I was home and happened to go back in the basement a few hours after install and smelled the leak early on....really unbelievable. No supervision whatsoever, just one young plumber handling the installation alone and Steve did not check in after install to see if everything went OK. Doubt I will have these guys back in my house unless it's purely for something involving water pipes only.

Zach Mulvaney was a kind, conscientious, professional young man. He made sure we understood everything he was doing and took care of the problem in a timely manner. Have older home in the Lemay area. Needed new plumbing, vents and stack to pass St. Louis County code. This company (Plumbing Masters) did an excellent job with that, and I had them put a new water heater in as well. Totally professional technicians (Rick, his son and Joe) and even cleaned up and hauled away ALL the old plumbing and water heater parts. I WILL use them again and highly recommend this company. The Ragsdale and Elking family are top notch!!

Not sure how their plumbing skills are since they never showed up. Scheduled an apt. for a tuesday morning, never came. Called them and they acted like I never made an apt. but said he could be there in the afternoon, again no show and no calls. Called them back and they said their busy til thursday... uh what? no thanks

Did a terrific job and their representative, Sam Williams was professional and friendly. He knew form the beginning what was wrong and was able to fix a major problem in just a little less than an hour. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and he was an outstanding steward for his company. Additionally, this company was available on short notice and was fair with respect to pricing when the 6 month warranty is factored in.

I needed the shut-off valve in my basement replaced. He did a nice job, but $500 for an hour and a half of work and a $20 valve is too much. I'll be calling someone else next time I need a plumber.

They came out same day & knocked it out in a couple hours! Great experience! Definitely recommend!

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.

Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.
