Best Home Plumbing in Saint Louis MO

The staff seems over worked, warehouses don’t know where things are or if in stock. I’m so envious of those that had a good experience here! They just remodeled the show room at it looks great. Good luck! Hope it goes better for you than it did for me. After 5 months of trying to work together they would likely rate me low as a customer.

Pros:

• Very professional service from both sales and installation team.
• Very accommodating on scheduling. Came to the house on a Sunday night to finalize paperwork and installed within a week of signing contract.
• Install team took time to explain systems.
• Filled paperwork for rebates, permits, and inspections.
• Price was exactly what was quoted.

Cons:
• Price. I received other estimates that were cheaper than JT Dunn.

I conducted all research and purchased six months ago. Looking back on the process these are the thoughts I have.

JT Dunn was one of five companies I reached out to for a quote to replace my furnace / AC system in my home. Their sales representative came out and inspected my system and provided multiple options for replacement. Different options included the most energy efficient setups, the lowest cost to install, etc. What impressed me with their sales representative was that he pointed out how long it would take to make up savings on each system. Rather than trying to sell the highest efficiency system, he pointed out the return on investment and that the break even on a high-efficiency system (in my home) could be over 20+ years.

I ended up having a Trane furnace / AC system installed. The sales team visited my house on the weekend to sign paperwork as that fit my schedule. They made sure they could install the system the same week as cold weather was approaching and we wanted to have heating. The two-man install team was very professional, answered any questions I had, and took great care not damaging carpet, furniture, etc. Before leaving they assisted in programing the thermostat.

While the cost was not the lowest estimate I received I would still go with JT Dunn if I had to do it again. They were extremely professional and the Trane system and service were well worth any difference in price.

Outdoor faucet had a small leak and could not be turned off from the inside. A new levy had to be installed inside my home and new pipe had to be resoldered. Robert was knowledgeable and focused on the job. Maplewood Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and I will recommend them to someone else.

Needed a hot water heater replaced quickly. Called Steve at 6:30 AM and I have a new hot water heater at 11:00 AM. Can't beat that type of responsiveness. Nice guy and high quality workmanship as well. He'll be the only call I make for any plumbing needs that I may have in the future.

Steve is a great guy, outstanding service.

We came back home to a busted pipe over Christmas that collapsed our bathroom ceiling and water leaked to the basement. They came out RIGHT AWAY and made sure we knew who was coming by name. They assessed and addressed the situation and handled it seamlessly. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way and made sure to show me what repairs they did and what the cause of the problem. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs!

Collin was my technician. He is a very nice and capable young man. Collin was personable, and I see a good future for him in this business.

RICK AND HIS TEAM AT PERFORMANCE PLUMBING DID A GREAT JOB WITH OUR RESTAURANT BATHROOMS. THESE GUYS ARE CLEAN, EFFICIENT, THOROUGH AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE ELSE. TRY THEM THE NEXT TIME YOU NEED A PLUMBER. YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

Needed Bore's services for the first time and they went above and beyond; from the person who took my call and scheduled my appointment to the plumber that came out. All were friendly and communicated to keep me informed throughout the process.

1st time doing business with this company ! They we're highly recommended by a friend . Very professional, and affordable !
