Best HVAC System Maintenance in Saint Louis MO

Last year we found out we needed a new AC unit but waited until this year to fix it. We went through Home Depot to find a place and they gave us JT Dunn Climate Control. I am glad they did. Scott came out and did a check of the house to see what we needed. He explained a few areas where we may be losing air and what they can do to fix it. He gave me a quote of two choices with a discount through Ameren right there. It was cheaper then I thought it was going to be for a quality Trane unit. Once my husband and I decided that we are going to get it done, Scott was able to come a day or two later and helped me set up an install date and get me set up with a Home Depot Credit Card so I can pay over time with no interest. He made it simple and pain free. When they came to install the unit they were friendly and even offered to take off their shoes. They installed it fast, faster than Scott said it would take. I recommend this company. My dad was there for most of the process and was very impressed also and is considering using them if they need them in the future.

Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.

The technician showed up late, did not give 45 minutes notice and entered my home saying ok who broke it?! To replace 2 O-rings that took literally 10 minutes he charged me $79. To install a shower head it would be an extra $100....so much for working with your budget and $40 off your first service. What a joke!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!

Really appreciated that they were able to repair my A/C on the same day that I called during the heat wave.

Mitch did an incredible job on our garbage disposal installation! Not only was he punctual, he was actually earlier than expected and was able to complete the job in less time than he originally thought. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional.The only downside to this service was the cost. It felt like it was pretty expensive for a job that didn't seem so complicated; however, the benefit of using Hoffman was that they offer so many services (Heating, Electric, Plumbing) that I was confident that the person would be able to handle any issue that arose.I'm sure I could have hired a simple handyman or friend to do the job for me, but I would not have been as confident in their ability to complete the job without incident.While I would probably price shop a bit before deciding on a future service, I know that, if I were to use Hoffman again, I would be given quality service.
