When I was home to visit my parents in Baldwin, MO their AC went out so we made a call to Dunn Heating and Cooling. We couldn't believe that within an hour they were there and within two hours we had AC again! Definitely contact Dunn Heating and Cooling for your AC and heating needs...

People are rude and wayyy to expensive
Stay away from this company.. they are bunch of con artists the owner and his wife are super shady.. dont trust them they will rob u blind.. they did this to a few people that i know..

I purchased a very expensive boiler (20k) last winter for them for our radiator heat.  They came to try to fix the old unit and said that our only option was a new one.  After some debate, we moved forward.  The installation itself was OK.  They left the basement door open for most of the time, and I had to ask them several times to close it because we were freezing.  I tried to ask them how it was going while they installed it, and they would barely respond.  Given the cost, I don't think this was unreasonable.  After the install, it stopped working completely after about 7 days.  I was pretty upset. They sent out a technician off hours who had no idea how to fix it. It turns out that the reason it stopped working was because the exhaust valve was installed incorrectly.  Apparently, it wasn't windy the day of the install, but there was more wind later on, so it needed to be installed differently.  Yikes. It works well now in terms of heating up the home.  I will say that the cost savings from this unit were not at all what they told us. The salesman made all sorts of claims about all the money we would save to run the unit.  All of that wasn't true.  It is cheaper to run our forced air units (although the radiator heat is much better; it heats evenly, there is no dust blowing around, etc.). We do love the radiator heat, but it isn't cheaper.  Maybe it is cheaper than a 50-year-old boiler, but he knew that wasn't our situation.  We weren't using the radiator heat at that time, which is why they were there in the first place.  All of this was really disappointing, but today, after switching back from Hoffman, I had someone out for a separate issue, and he was asking me about the unit.  Apparently, we could have gotten a similar unit and used it for our hot water as well.  He said it would have been another ~$1,000 (compared to getting a new $3000 water heater).  I remember the salesperson mentioning that as an option very briefly, and I expressed some interest.  I don't really know what happened in that particular part of the discussion after that, but at the very least I didn't understand the options, because it appears like it would have been a no-brainer based on what I am hearing today.  I have no idea what to believe on this particular issue, but it just added to my overall disappointment about the experience, which is why I am writing this review.

We called at 10 am with the water having been turned off the night before. The earliest availability they had was tomorrow morning but ended up working something out doe this afternoon. They were an hour behind and I left a vm.....however, once they arrived they assessed the situation quickly and had the fix done in less than 30 mins. They also said to call if there is still water. Will definitely use them again! Polite. Professional. Courteous.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for plumbing issues at my mothers house. The day of the appointment no one showed up so I called and spoke to Mandy who stated someone had attempted to call me the day prior to reschedule for the next day. I had no missed calls nor voice mail so doubtful that happened. I had taken off work to have this work done but I understand that things happen and agreed for them to come out the next day from 8-10 am. The next day at 10:30 am still no one arrived. I called and spoke to Mandy again who stated the plumber was working in U- City and when finished would be headed my way. I called again at 3:30 pm bc still no one arrived or called. Mandy stated the supervisor was supposed to be coming out, she didn’t know why he hadn’t, and he wouldn’t answer his phone. I canceled immediately. I took off two days of work and not only are they not unreliable but they also don’t communicate. Waste of time when I could have scheduled a professional, reliable company to respond. Don’t use them unless you have time to waste.

Aaron was great!!! Right on time, fast and professional. Hey was very kind and patient as kids were running around. He fixed the issues we were having with our heating and provided me with the knowledge to be able to prevent future problems. Highly recommend!!! Thanks Aaron!!!

Jameson was great! He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly and just did a great job. Has a very pleasant attitude. Hope he will be our plumber again if we need one.
