Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

Had my whole HVAC system replaced in September. When I turned on the heat, noticed a tiny gas smell. Tech came out same day and found and repaired leak. Very informative, prompt and efficient work. Very friendly also, great customer service.
