While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

Mike was the service man who did the work of cleaning out a Basement sewer hole which was clogged. Before he started any work, he explained that he would try to clear it from the outside pipes, which would be one fee, and if that did not work, he would need to bring equipment inside to continue the work, which would be another fee. I appreciate the upfront explanation, so that there were no surprise fees.He was extremely professional, very courteous, very prompt and worked diligently and quickly. The matter was resolved very quickly, in under 2 hours total! He stayed to be sure that I ran all commodes, kitchen sink, shower and sump pump to be sure everything ran clearly before he left.What was very satisfying and gave me a sense of security, was that we had used Roto-Rooter in the past, and Mike could access all the notes from the previous times, so he could know what to look out for, also.This is something that has happened in the past (due to our old pipes, Tree roots, and the area), and it's reassuring to know kind of what to expect, because they keep the notes on file. I would definitely continue to use Roto-Rooter in the future, should the need arise (No offense, but I Hope I do not not need your excellent service in the future.. lol). I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone with these issues. Thank you!

We had a leak in our toilet to the basement. We have 1 bathroom so this was more critical than other situations. Joe came out diagnosed the problem as being an issue with the cast iron pipe. He removed the toilet, cut out the cast iron pipe, and replaced it with PVC. He placed the toilet back, sealed, and cleaned up all the mess. Very professional! Would recommend to anyone.

I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!

The initial service was good. Came out the very next day and completed all the work to get my house up to code. About 2-3 weeks later had an issue with a pipe that the plumber fixed and called to have them come back out and fix and was told when and what time they would be there. Well they never showed up, or called to tell me they weren’t coming! I called them again and they apologized and told me they would send someone out the next day. Again, they didn’t show up or call! What good is a warranty if the company doesn’t honor it or follow through on work they performed. Very disappointed and will report to the BBB.
