Work completed well. On time and professionaly. I had a proposal, installer said a 1/2 pipe supplying an existing kitchen/bath should be replaced for inspection but estimator had missed it in his proposal! Approximately 10ft of 3/4 pipe and a few fittings, no biggie! I did not get a price since I felt it had to happen for inspection. It was a $500 extra! Definitely felt gouged. Especially since estimator missed it. No labor/material breakdown justification. Just $500. Be careful of extras!,!

Never called me back

We had a sewage backup in our basement during a recent storm and power outage. Roto-rooter came within about 2 hours, cleared the blockage, and started the clean-up and restoration the same day, as soon as we got power back. They were extremely responsive and professional. They coordinated directly with our insurance (except for the actual blockage clearing - we had to pay that up front and it was expensive). They are not cheap but we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently they responded and cleaned up, especially during a major storm and blackout aftermath.

Yesterday I got excellent service!! It was a leak from the upstairs restroom into the basement, kitchen sink leak and bad flapper in the basement toilet. The first company I called won't come out until after two days and I was asked to pay a $75 fee just for them to come out and see what is going on. When I called Plumbing Masters, Brian came to our home the very same afternoon, he was professional, he answered all my questions and explained things very politely. He fixed everything within an hour, price was reasonable and didn't charge for the kitchen sink. He was supper nice! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Prompt, professional service on a bathtub faucet and shower install that required moving copper pipes. Job was a new acrylic tub with shower walls.

I was working with another plumbing company who suggested I replace my water heater because the hot water was only lasting about ten minutes. Over $1,700 later, the new water heater didn't seem to fix the issue and so I called Roto Rooter instead. Chris came out the following day and correctly diagnosed the issue. He then promptly scheduled himself to come back out on his day off that week to do the work. He was very informative and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely go through them again next time I have a plumbing problem.

Very quick and efficient. Our Rooterman Reggie was very nice and did a great job.

I needed the shut-off valve in my basement replaced. He did a nice job, but $500 for an hour and a half of work and a $20 valve is too much. I'll be calling someone else next time I need a plumber.

Jimmy came to our house multiple times to help us solve the issue of water coming into our basement. He was professional, easy to talk to and kind. I can often feel intimidated by home/plumbing issues and Jimmy answered all of my questions and helped me understand exactly what was going on. When I called, Eric answered quickly each time. It was easy to make appointments and I didn’t have to wait a long for one, and that makes all the difference in the world when you can’t use your dishwasher or washing machine. We hope to not need their services soon. But if we have any issues, I will be calling JR Plumbing.

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.
