Best Faucet Installation in Saint Louis MO

I was referred to Henry Plumbing Kitchen & Bath by a Lowe's representative. I had a porcelain tub that required a custom set-up for a shower hook-up. They had a exactly what I needed, but outside of their stock, their service really stuck out to me. The rep I worked with at their Kingshighway location was Jay. This guy knew his stuff. He was really informative, helpful, and provided plenty of insight on what I needed and how I needed to set-up everything. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Arrived in 2.5 hrs during busy 0° weather After 4 others said 1-2 days. Scott was very knowledgeable technician and reasonable prices . Melanie who answered the phone was Very Curtious and fun to talk too . They made a repeat customer today .

I was speaking to John about replacing a sprinkler system back flow. We had agreed on a price but was just awaiting a part (that he had me order online) to come in. 5 days ago I got the part and sent John an email advising him that the part was in. I haven't heard from him since. And this was a referral!! Guess what I told his friend who referred me!

What a cavalier way to do business. No matter. I got another plumber who showed respect and I saved $75.00 at the same time. Looks like pricing and job scheduling are issues for this company; at least in my experience and at least 5 other reviews where scheduling seems to be a problem..

Anthony is an honest guy! Comes out same day if he can. He’s kind and does the work as cheap as possible—never overcharging you. I’m surprised sometimes at how little he does charge. You won’t be let down if you call him!

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...
