Best Drainage Service in Saint Louis MO

We were referred to Maplewood Plumbing by a neighbor, so we called them to fix our shower mixing cartridge. Everyone I spoke with in the office was great, they were super polite and very professional. Dave was here today to perform the repair, and we couldn't be happier. He was timely, worked quick, and took the time to explain everything, including recommendations for future projects I discussed with him. Maplewood will definitely be our go to in the future for plumbing needs.

After a weekend of far too many Thanksgiving dishes, the kitchen sink was clogged and the dishwasher was backing up. After trying everything I knew—plunging the sink, checking the p-trap, etc.—I realized this problem was outside my area in expertise and called Roto-rooter. The appointment took two minutes to schedule and I was able to get same day service around MY schedule. I received a text message when the rep was on the way and was able to leave the office in order to meet him just as he arrived. Carl was courteous, professional, and diagnosed the problem right away. He told me what the price would be up front and encouraged me too look up a coupon online. The ONLY reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service felt quite pricey ($284) for the 20 minutes of work it took to clear the clog. Despite that, I would highly recommended Roto-rooter!

One of our big auxiliary lines that fed to the main pipe in our house was clogged. Tried snaking it ourselves and poured all kinds of chemicals down the line but no luck. Scheduled an appt with Roto-Rooter online late at night and they were out the next day. Mike, our plumber, asked me some questions and figured out the problem and got it fixed in under an hour. He was friendly, did a great job, and the cost was what we expected. Would definitely call them again if ever we had another issue like that.

No, no, a thousand times no. Hired them to clear my drains after a plumber found water in my drain. The tech snakes out my lines and left a huge mess. When I asked if he was done, he said yes and I asked him to clean up the mess. He was hesitant to say the least. Called the receptionist about this mess issue and no response. A few months later the drain backed up and called another company. New company found he did not do his job at all and was not thorough. Called gateway and the service manager returned my call to talk to me and then promised to call back. No response. Hire them if you want to burn $130. Or I can light it for you.

Marvin was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on what was going on the whole time he was there. For quality and friendly service, I highly recommend Drain Masters.
