After the first technician ran into problems completely clearing out a kitchen stack, a camera tech came out to scope the lines and provide a full evaluation of the pipe state. Drew was extremely informative and gave us confidence in both the work performed and laid out our options moving forward if future complications arose. It was a much better experience than I was expecting.
