I called Midwest Flood Restoration after we suffered water damage from a refrigerator leak. They came out almost immediately, assessed the damage, explained the process, and provided a quote. I gave them approval to move forward and they were able to have a crew out that afternoon. They prepared the damaged area and set the blowers and equipment in a reasonable time. Midwest’s staff cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. All communication was efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. They helped make a bad situation tolerable. It was great finding such a competent service!

It was Easter Sunday, company coming and a backed up sewer. Roto-Rooter was the only company that answered their phone. The lady was very pleasant and said she could have someone out here within a couple of hours! She said they would call or text me when they were on their way. The phone rang and said he was on his way.(as promised) ( less than 2 hours. ) Ian, our tech #9061 was here and in no time and had the clog fixed and the party started without a hitch. Thank you

Mike Millard was the friendliest service technician I have ever encountered. He explained everything he was doing so it was easily understood. He was very polite. He was practicing great social distancing, wearing his mask and gloves. Just a true pleasure to work with. Please hire a bunch of techs just like Mike!!!

Ridiculously overpriced. To remove the tank of the toilet, put on a new gasket, and put the tank back on was $185.00. This is a 10 minute job. Way overpriced and I will not be using this company ever again.

We had an emergency with a bathroom faucet and Kirkwood plumbing responded quickly. They fixed the problem right away and made what could have been a bad situation relatively painless. I highly recommend them.
