We had a broken sink drain that we tried to (unsuccessfully) to fix ourselves. We had good communication with Maplewood Plumbing, and even when our scheduled plumber called in sick that morning, they were still able to schedule a replacement plumber to come out later that day. We got fast and professional work; would definitely use again.

It was easy to book my appointment online and i was able to get same day service for my need. Technician was knowledgeable and thorough with the job he performed and was kind and courteous through the job and made sure to explain to me what he was doing during the whole process. Most importantly the job was completed correctly and in a timely fashion.

Mike and Adam came to my house within an hour of my calling. They were able to assess the issue and also what steps I needed to take. They not only took care of my plumbing issues, they helped to educate me on how the system works and signs I should be looking for in the future. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very kind. Able Rooter is my new go to plumbing service. I don't know of one plumbing company that doesn't charge extra for outside regular business hours. I went downstairs to do laundry and found that my main drain had backed up...this is Sunday morning. My heart sank as this was a flashback of 2 years ago. My phone call was forwarded to Tom Craig's cell phone and he picked up the call, while on another call, and said he could be there in a couple of hours, then texted me to let me know it would be 1 1/2 hours, and then showed up 30 minutes earlier. After spending 2 hours of grind, he never lost faith and remained positive, which kept my spirits up. He got the clog cleared and charged me what one company was going to charge just to show up.
