I contacted Tom on FB. He responded literally in seconds. Really. Like 5 seconds. Told him what was going on, and within minutes he was on his way to my house (after 8pm!!!), got to my house, diagnosed my issue, fixed and done in about 30 minutes!!! marvin biggs (i hope i’m spelling his last name right!) was amazing!!! he came right away and got right to work! super friendly, helped us any way he could. he always had a positive attitude regardless of having to be in the cold and at our house for 4 hours working very hard!! i’m so thankful that he was the one who came to help us in our time of need and i couldn’t have asked for a better plumber. thank you so much for the punctuality, the attitude, the quality of work, the time dedicated, and the effort!
