Best All Plumbing Installation in Saint Louis MO

The project manager at Dunn was nice enough to meet me at McDonalds to finalize paperwork on rebates for my new HVAC system. Full instsll of furnace and AC and now my two story home went from a ten degree temperature difference between rooms to around 1 degree temperature diff. Highly suggest calling Dunn to fix the hardest of problems other HVAC companies miss!!! We could not be more happy

She had her plumber call me back in a timely manner they showed up on time very professional about job when finished gave me a full explanation of my problem and resolved it
And very reasonable on price would highly recommend them

Had an awful mess. Called Roto-Rooter and they came within the hour. Nick did an awesome, thorough job cleaning it out and getting the roots out of the system so the water/waste could flow freely. Nick is very professional, courteous, fast and friendly. I highly recommend the service.

I had a slow leak in my kitchen faucet that I finally decided to get checked out. Tyrel came out and determined that I probably just needed a new faucet. I made an appointment with him to come back out and install one about a week later and I haven't had an issue with the leak since. This was about a year ago, so enough time has passed for me to know that the issue was resolved. I have recommended him to my family and friends and would definitely use his services again in the future.

We had some leaking issues under our sink. It was gross and I did not want to mess with a potentially bad thing. Tried to get an appointment with a local company but it was a nightmare. Decided to go with a more reputable company. Chris U. from Roto came over within a few hours and fixed it all up. More importantly he taught me a few helpful things.I really appreciated his advice and expertise!

I called them about a leaking kitchen faucet. They were out the next morning. They put in a new faucet for me. All done in less than 2 hours. Very pleased with their service.

I purchased a very expensive boiler (20k) last winter for them for our radiator heat.  They came to try to fix the old unit and said that our only option was a new one.  After some debate, we moved forward.  The installation itself was OK.  They left the basement door open for most of the time, and I had to ask them several times to close it because we were freezing.  I tried to ask them how it was going while they installed it, and they would barely respond.  Given the cost, I don't think this was unreasonable.  After the install, it stopped working completely after about 7 days.  I was pretty upset. They sent out a technician off hours who had no idea how to fix it. It turns out that the reason it stopped working was because the exhaust valve was installed incorrectly.  Apparently, it wasn't windy the day of the install, but there was more wind later on, so it needed to be installed differently.  Yikes. It works well now in terms of heating up the home.  I will say that the cost savings from this unit were not at all what they told us. The salesman made all sorts of claims about all the money we would save to run the unit.  All of that wasn't true.  It is cheaper to run our forced air units (although the radiator heat is much better; it heats evenly, there is no dust blowing around, etc.). We do love the radiator heat, but it isn't cheaper.  Maybe it is cheaper than a 50-year-old boiler, but he knew that wasn't our situation.  We weren't using the radiator heat at that time, which is why they were there in the first place.  All of this was really disappointing, but today, after switching back from Hoffman, I had someone out for a separate issue, and he was asking me about the unit.  Apparently, we could have gotten a similar unit and used it for our hot water as well.  He said it would have been another ~$1,000 (compared to getting a new $3000 water heater).  I remember the salesperson mentioning that as an option very briefly, and I expressed some interest.  I don't really know what happened in that particular part of the discussion after that, but at the very least I didn't understand the options, because it appears like it would have been a no-brainer based on what I am hearing today.  I have no idea what to believe on this particular issue, but it just added to my overall disappointment about the experience, which is why I am writing this review.

I just want to say Thank You to the crew at St Louis Handyman I am glad I have found a company that is reliable does quality work and has prices that are reasonable we plan on using them again on our next project.

Their services were required through the company we used to remodel our bathroom. One of the guys was very rude. (He's the one to the right in their Facebook business profile pic). They did a horrible job communicating with the other company to make sure they left the tools needed in order to do their job in a timely manner. Instead the rude brother came in and asked where is the Stuff as if we knew what he was talking about. We reached out to the company to assist with getting an answer but no one replied...time passed the rude brother walked in and out the house then went to the bathroom. We asked did they find the item he replied well You were on the phone. Past tense, and furthermore we were trying to get answers for him. He could've communicated when he found the items instead of walking in and out with an ittitude. They damaged the wall and didn't say a word to us. They didn't know how to install the faucet to the tub, so we had to have someone else complete their job. Later on we discovered the water pressure was off because a bad piece was installed which should've been tested by them
but they didn't know how to install the piece. I asked a question to the rude brother and he told me to ask my daughter because his brother was already explaining it then he walked out. The customer service was poor. I was told by someone that works with them regularly they are not friendly and they argue like a married couple . While I didn't witness the arguing, it's good to know, I'm not wrong in how we were treated.

DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY. Woman named Amy hung up on me because I needed to know the earliest appointment before I gave her all my information to put in their system. She was rude and disrespectful. Based on other reviews I see why their business is failing.

Catanzaro plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty and they called me back fairly quickly to set up an appointment. Phil talked through what the issue was with me on the phone, I was able to text him pictures of the leak and what my issue was, and he sent someone out to check on it. They didn’t end up having to fix anything because it wasn’t a plumbing issue, but he called me to follow up and I appreciated the care that he gave my service request.
