Sinak Plumbing is a very reputable company. The secretary was friendly and helpful. Plumber was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was, and resolved it quickly. They left the bathroom cleaner than it was when they arrived. I called around, and their pricing is very fair. I will definitely be calling them again!

Although, I had one drain issue that just wrecked my brain for many years; he checked out the other drains in the house to make sure those were not clogged, too. Will I call Able Rooter again? So I called Plumbing Experts this past week. I asked for a fridge line to be ran and the woman over the phone said it was $49 and I said really or something like that. So I asked $49? She said yeah thats it. Then the technician gets here and says it'll be $185 per hr. So now I'm like what! Anyway poor communication led them to lose a potential client. I called other plumbers and some were cheaper and more expensive but the difference is they communicated the total price over the phone which is the way it should be done

I’m in the process of getting and reviewing bids, so I haven’t made any choices on a contractor yet. That said, Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative.

My place was out in St. Charles County. This office was very professional and extremely kind. He transfer me to another Rooter plumber contact in OFallon, Mo. I truly appreciated the time spent with me. I will be contacting him again for further improvements in my South County home. Wish the the best. It completely turned my distress in our success.

Terrible experience with this company. His final price came in 75% higher than his original estimate and when I told him he needed to negotiate with me to work out the huge indescrepency in price he threatened to have me arrested and filed a complaint against me with the state attorneys office. We ended up paying him what he asked for just because he seemed so unstable and aggressive and we really didn’t want to have to deal with him anymore. My husband felt it was better to give this thief what he wanted and just walk away then fight him over $1400 dollars. Definitely dishonest and not even a good plumber since we have had issues with his work since then. Would give him a zero star review if that were an option.
