Plumber 24 HR Emergency Plumber St Louis Inc had to access it from the room, but once they started working the drain was cleared up in under 20 minutes. Oddly enough the other problems that kept the previous company from fully cleaning the drains never popped up! I was impressed.

Had a sewer backup in May 2022, they came out right away and cleared the blockage but it backed up again about 37 days later so I fell outside the 30 day warranty. I was given a bit of a discount but come on. It’s an 75+ year old house with two adults who don’t flush things that don’t belong in the sewer. The second time they came out they said I should have a jet cleaning for sludge and they would call me. No call came, so I called them a few weeks later and had to leave a message. No call back again. I’m done with them. The guys that came out were professional and respectful.

I was in an emergency situation with NO water service to the house. Matt answered my call personally and then took my location information via text ... he looked at the photos I sent of my valve and had the part I needed when he arrived. He was willing to come LATE in the evening (with no overtime charge) to get us up and running again!! Will certainly call him again if I need a plumber!!

We had been having a problem in our bathroom where the pipes would leak water to the floor every time we turned the faucet on. The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Called for an emergency on a Tuesday evening. Spoke to someone who took my info. They tried to get a hold of a technician right away, but were unable. They would get them a message and someone would be in contact shortly.

After waiting 30 minutes (keep in mind this is during a plumbing emergency!) no one called. I tried to call back, and the person I spoke to (different from the first) had no idea what I was talking about and said all they could do was try and reach out again.

I said no thank you.

If you are going to promote yourself as a 24/7 emergency service you should, at the very least, return a phone call to say sorry we can't take the job right now.

Fortunately, a neighbor was able to recommend someone who promptly answered their phone, and was able to let me know within 5 minutes if a technician was available. Which is how it should be done.

The crew arrived on-time, were friendly, professional (and all masked up) and they got the job done in half the time they estimated! The plaster team also worked wonders and fixed everything up beautifully. We now have a great, new, energy-efficient water heater, and perfect hot water pressure in our upstairs bathroom!

Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.

We have used Cocos Plumbing several times for a line clog. They always come out right away and are very knowledgeable in finding the source of the problem. We also feel the price they charge for their services were fair and in line with others.

Sewer back-up gave me no choice but to call Roto-Rooter. Even on a Saturday morning the technician was three hours early!! All my stress, around the situation, dissolved when Justin (the tech) surveyed the scene and promptly got to work. I believe in less than two hours, Justin and I were all smiles and a job very well done! Must also mention Heather, from Roto-Rooter’s Project Coordination team, showing up to help Justin and start my insurance claim process. She was very organized and a welcome surprise! Bill came out at the absolute last minute on a Friday to repair a water main break--was friendly, efficient, and effective. Most importantly, he got our water back on before a holiday weekend. Thank you!

Had a problem with a leaking toilet in our house. Called Mike and he responded immediatley. He came out to the house found the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time and for a great price. He was very professional and personable. Id use him again for any p;umbing issues.

Catanzaro plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty and they called me back fairly quickly to set up an appointment. Phil talked through what the issue was with me on the phone, I was able to text him pictures of the leak and what my issue was, and he sent someone out to check on it. They didn’t end up having to fix anything because it wasn’t a plumbing issue, but he called me to follow up and I appreciated the care that he gave my service request.
