Our technician was Nick (#7337). He was great! Very efficient and polite. He told us exactly was was wrong with our plumbing and what we needed to do to get it fixed. His customer service was awesome. Because of his professionalism, we will return to Roto-Rooter for future plumbing issues. Thanks Roto-Rooter.

It's been about a week since I had to get pretty much a complete plumbing overhaul, and everything seems great. Plumbing Masters were professional and very reasonable.

The owner and his crew were very professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. The installation/problem was more complicated than originally thought, and they were diligent and had it figured out in no time. I couldn't have been more happy with the service provided. Its the best customer service experience I've had in a long time!

Drivers have road rage. Trying to get off exit doing 75mph. I couldn't get out if the way. Didnt have to ride my tail and flash lights at me. VERY RUDE.

We had been having a problem in our bathroom where the pipes would leak water to the floor every time we turned the faucet on. The 2 Jakob brothers came, diagnosed the problems, and installed a new faucet, drain, and pipes.They explained what they were doing, did a beautiful job and thoroughly cleaned up the area they were working in. They were very professional as well. I told one of the brothers that I liked the caulking job he did around the pedestal sink and not only did he show me how to caulk, but he left the rest of the caulking tube with me so I could practice caulking for our shower. Highly recommend!

Excellent and quality service. Ty did a great job. He was thorough, explained in detail what was necessary, and was responsive and quick. Good enough we asked to address a couple of items we had been wanting to do. Keeping in my contacts and definitely would use their services again.

We had job that cost 15,000 and for a full job and the person who answered the phone kept hanging up on us and was not friendly.

Thank goodness for Steven #854. We called in an emergency on Friday afternoon. The 1st technician showed up close to 5pm. It was obvious he wanted to end his day. He left and another person showed up at noon on Saturday. Nice man and he knew the equipment he brought would not work. We explained numerous times what needed to be done. They had been out here 3 years ago. Finally this youg man said he would get a tech with a snake out here. Now in comes Steven with the snake and 45 min later problem is solved. I don't know why they wouldn't listen to us but it is fixed now. And again thank you Steven.

Horrible customer service. The woman who answers the phone was flat out rude. I asked about plumbing services early in the week, I called back later in the week, and she said maybe another week or two! I never even got on the schedule. Will look elsewhere where they treat new business with some decency.

Just had a great experience with Tom and Able Rooter. I had a drain that need to be cleaned, same day, and Tom was able to take care of business. I recommend Able Rooter to any one in need of rooter type service.

Catanzaro plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty and they called me back fairly quickly to set up an appointment. Phil talked through what the issue was with me on the phone, I was able to text him pictures of the leak and what my issue was, and he sent someone out to check on it. They didn’t end up having to fix anything because it wasn’t a plumbing issue, but he called me to follow up and I appreciated the care that he gave my service request.
