I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

What a life saver! They came out asap and fixed a smell I had in my house for over 3 years. I have had so many companies out that said they fixed it and it never was. I bought an as-is house in University City last year, and reached out to Brooks Plumbing, as they are only a couple miles away. They were able to do everything I needed, including rip out cast iron stacks and about 20 feet of lateral, reseal toilets, install a tankless water heater, put in a new utility sink, and several other small items. For the huge scope of work, the price was very reasonable. They are quick to respond, always very nice, and happy to send someone by on a moment's notice to look at something since I live so closeby. This is a small, locally-owned business, so please check them out!
