If you were having issues with your water heater or plumbing, these are the fellows to call. David was nice professional on time. My water heater died on a Sunday and they were there Monday morning with bells on with a brand new water heater. The price was reasonable it was the lowest of any of the other Quotes I received I would’ve had to wait two or three days to have my old water heater heater replaced with a new one imagine no hot water for two or three days I cannot say enough about this company. Call them first I’d give them 10 stars if I could thanks River city water heater, and plumbing. :)

I believe this business is now called Precision Plumbing. Regardless, Leo was super responsive. I called first thing on a Monday morning and he came right out, fixed my badly-clogged kitchen sink. Great service, fair price. Highly recommended.

We recently moved in to an older home (built in 1914), so the first thing we knew we needed to replace were the pipes and water heater. Dave immediately impressed me upon our first meeting and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. One of our main concerns was being without water for too long, and he made sure that the job was done quickly, but correctly...and ensured that we had water each evening when we returned from work. We love new pipes and the the tankless system, and he was even able to replace the drain pipes that were not part of the initial estimate while he was here. I would highly recommend Dave for his professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.

Not only was Parrish, the owner responsive and the quintessential professional, but he is also quite knowledgeable about plumbing and came prepared with the appropriate tools. After arriving, it wasn't long before my previously backed up tub and toilet, and sewer lines, were operating smoothly again. In fact, my tub drains faster than it ever has... a very nice bonus! He left my bathroom intact and floors dried. Prices were reasonable and fair with a 90-day guarantee. What I like most about Parrish and All Service Rooter, is his trustworthiness and pleasant professional demeanor. I will call him whenever I need a plumber.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
