Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.

My water heater had a major leak. I remembered meeting Jimmy from Flowrite Plumbing at a home show a couple of years before. I was interested in a hot water circulation pump he had on display. I pulled out the business card he had given to me at the show and gave Flowrite a call.

I’m glad I kept that card. Jimmy installed both a water heater and the hot water circulation pump. Jimmy was courteous and professional from beginning to end. He really knew his business. I would recommend using Flowrite Plumbing to all.

His bid for the work was within the range of my estimated amount and well under the bid of the big pluming companies. He informed me of all steps in the process. I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!
