Technician Adam arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work evaluating the job at hand. A dishwasher installation, removing the existing dishwasher and a shower head installation. He provided a reasonable estimate before starting work and started working right away. Adam was thorough, professional and tidy in his work. I had a pipe break near my main waterline, I thought it was the main line. It looked like it was coming from under my house. In a panic, I needed a plumber ASAP.
I always trying to hire businesses from EG.
Jimmy, promptly returned my call within minutes. He was very easy to talk to, he reassured me very thing will be ok and he would be here in 45 minute.
Luckily, it wasn't the main waterline. Thank goodness, it was the pipes to the sprinkler valves and next to the house; an easy fix. I will diffinently call Flowrite Plumbing if i need a plumber in the future.

very friendly and good attitude

This company was assigned by my warranty company. My issue was no hot water coming in shower. The technician came from this company, inspected and told that they will order a part and will schedule the appointment to install. After 2 weeks the technician came and replaced the part, technician was ready to leave, I asked him to stay until I test it out. The issue wasn’t fixed. I told him to check. The technician then called few people and didn’t appear confident in the next two steps he asked me to do which would cost me extra expenses.There was no paperwork provided either. The office staff was unprofessional. Another company was able to fix the issue without the need for me to follow the two things that was told by the technician of this company. I saved money and able to take showers now. I do not recommend this company as they were not professional, inexperienced and didn’t commit to fixing the issue.
